I would like to say I love the food at Sweet Green and all of the young ladies in the front. On Friday the 21st I overheard a guy with glasses Saying some alarming things. Thinking no one heard him make this uncomfortable statement. He stated that he hate working with the Black people. He was at the counter with a woman when I overheard him saying this. I won’t be back and I was 100% put off by what I had heard.

We visited for the first time today and had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was awesome. Remi made our order and checked on us after we ate to make sure we loved our bowls. He mentioned that if we wanted to support the team, we could leave a good review so we did! Great service and great energy all around.

I am a regular customer I order 3-5 times a week and my salads are always good. On Monday November 24th I had a online pick up order through the app and my order was ready to go with only two staff members available to work. They were so friendly and did a wonderful job!

Was craving something healthier and stopped in for dinner. Manager recommended the cauliflower bowl with blackened chicken added. He was right, it did not disappoint. Food was good, bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly, not much else to ask for.

So I’m on a 2X per day sweetgreen diet right now, I’m an expert on this location (delivery wise atleast, I rarely walk in). The food is GREAT, with two small(ish) flaws: 1) Only about 30% of the time does the food come sealed with their green strap on top to ensure it’s not been tampered by delivery—OCD but unappetizing to me. 2) 100% of the time the hardboiled egg and avocados come unsliced. Literally a full hardboiled egg, a full avacado. 15 of 15 orders. Otherwise the food is GREAT though

Seal your takeout food. You guys are horribly inconsistent with sealing the containers. When you don’t the lid loosens and the food is exposed. The entree is 24 dollars and strewn about in the bag. I am a nurse at a hospital so my food sits at the desk down stairs until I’m able to go get it. I go down starving only to find the lid was never sealed and the lid is open. Do better

UPDATED Oct 5 2025: ordered online and the bowl was loaded and presentation looked like it could have been part of a commercial. I'd say they figured it out
