This was my first time at a Sweetwaters location and it was an amazing experience! When I mentioned this to the lady that was working there, she helped me out in picking out a drink based on what I liked and disliked! In today’s world, not many people would do this or go out of their way to make a customer glad to have picked them to do their business! I’m glad to report that the Strawberry Bliss that I got that day was just so good and I really thanked her for her help!

Ask for light ice and Not able to fill the cup all the way with coffee is hilarious. Do better.
*update* measured out ? We are talking about another couple oz of cold brew. Costs the business nothing to do this. Plenty of smaller coffee shops will do this no problem. Avoid this place and this owner. Bad Business. Penny pinching at the expense of your customers is no good.
If you are that worried about it charge me more! But I know the robot processes in place couldn’t figure that out!

Negative interaction when I asked for a cup because my daughter dropped her drink and the cup was cracked and leaking. Older woman made me wait while the drink was leaking, then stopped a nice employee from giving me a replacement cup (give them the smaller clear cup). I understand that my daughter dropped the drink, I understand that the business is not under obligation to help me, but it just looks bad. The customers next to me were snickering and making negative comments. I was not demanding, did not raise my voice and waited as she requested me to while the drink was leaking - and I was still still treated rudely. Everyone has a bad day, but looking through these reviews, seems like it's same thing pretty consistently.

The barista was kind enough to make me a London Fog with oatmilk. I did not notice it on the menu; however, I did notice they had Earl Grey tea. It was a nice treat mid-afternoon 😊

Parents - don’t go. Purchased a coffee, bagel/cream cheese, cheese stick, bottle of juice. Asked for extra cup + lid to put juice into for my 2 yo son and was shown the door. Won’t be back.
Kinda bummed that the espresso machine was broken when we visted so no drink made with that could be had. Still had cold brew, but it's not the same.

Pistachio latte and strawberry pop tart were amazing! Coffee was smooth and strong!

Staff doesn't know anything about coffee. The owner Alice is extremely rude and can be seen yelling at the teens working. You can't get an extra cup but they charge $8 for a pre-made drink. They use old espresso and resteam milk. No one there could pull a shot of espresso to save their life. It is so sour you won't be able to take a second sip. The drip coffee is bitter and usually cold. I loved my coworkers but, If you want to empty your wallet to get a disgusting drink in a bad atmosphere, Sweetwaters is the place to go. Edit- Yes I am a former employer, yes I was fired for a sprained ankle with a doctor's note when I wasn't able to walk and couldn't come to work yet I was threatened to hand over my personal medical records, yes all that I said is true in my own experience because as an employee you see all that the owners hide from you the customer, all of that for $10 an hour, which is why they had several of their staff quit in the weeks I worked. I post this as my own experience and opinion, to help those looking at reviews to avoid an unethical business and employer.
This is my new go to for sweet tea and coffee! Starbucks who? Go get you some, you won't regret it.

I have been to Sweetwater's before and the girls working were accommodating. Today, the owner was working and she was (harsh and rude). Too bad, you would think she would be somewhat nice. We had ordered iced tea and snacks, I ask her for a small cup of ice and she said "I can't do that".I refuse to go back as she doesn't deserve my business....too bad I love thier Ice tea! There is another location here in Dublin.
In the new Dublin library.
Their service was slow and they were very rude
