I didn't care so much for the sweetness of the burgers. The chili had a bit of sweetness too but that's just me. Other than that worth the price, which is not too bad either.

I’ll never come back here. Every single time I come here they jack up my order somehow (3 times now over 2 years). Every other location is always spot of and always friendly. Went to this location yesterday annd decided to give them another chance and got 2 double cheeseburg with mayo on them and BBQ sauce on the side, 4 potato teezers, and a chicken sandwich with no tomatoes. Simple right?
1. The chicken sandwich was horrendous. It was completely dry, including the buns that it cut the top of my mouth. 2. Got 2 potato teezers and 2 tater tots which were extremely salty and disgusting. 3. Got mayo on the side, but never got my BBQ sauce.
Literally the only thing they got right is the sandwhich with no tomatoes lol. They set the “correct” things on top so that when you peak in it, it looks good but they hide all the incorrect mess on the very bottom of the bag so you can’t see it.
Oh and not to mention, the burgers were so small it fit in the palm of my hand, and I got very small hands…. I spent nearly $40 and definitely won’t be going back to this location and going to make sure neither does my family or friends or anyone I know for that matter. I was a waitress for 5 years and can honestly say this place is terrible but expect to get a tip lol. This is why I hardly tip for places like this because y’all can never get it right when your job is so simple. Y’all expect to get tipped for a 0 star service…
I can see why people that I know who used to come here warned me about their experiences and told me not to go before I went my first time.
Do better. This is what happens when you hire high school kids that can care less about quality and only care about a paycheck.

I recently visited Swensons after not having been there for a while. I used to have good experiences in the past, but this time was a huge disappointment. I ordered three cheeseburgers, a side of potato teezers, and potato puffs, and the total came out to $19.49. I remember the food being much more affordable, so the price completely blindsided me. On top of that, the worker who took my order never even told me the total until he handed me my food, I felt mislead.
Unfortunately, the high price wasn’t even the worst part, the food quality was terrible. The burgers didn’t taste good, and I couldn’t even finish them, I had to spit them out. The potato sides weren’t any better. To make matters worse, the service was slow, and it took way too long to get my order.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back. Swensons used to be better, but between the high prices, bad food, and slow service, it’s just not worth it anymore.

We come here often, but tonight was disappointing. We ordered our normal meal and when we received our fries, we were at a loss. Normally the best fries in town, we got a half bag of cold, soggy fries. After flashing my lights on tooting my horn for five minutes, someone finally came to the car. I was told that they were have portion control issues (don't know what that means) and all she could do was get me a new order. After 10 minutes we got another half bag of fires, but good and hot this time! Hope they get their act together!! We like this place.

Ordered milkshakes and food 20 minutes before close, and they refused to make us milkshakes because they were doing their close early, as well as messing up our drinks. Watched the guy inside yelling at the server about the food and milkshakes. Imagine having that little self-regulation skills… and because you were rushing your close, you messed up a bunch of things for multiple customers and didn’t save yourself any time at all.
How am I paying 1.70 per order of bacon for these 2!tiny pieces??

I had bradley as a server and he was AMAZING!!! He was very excited and happy, also the food was AMAZING AS WELL! I got a teezer, a cherry shake, and best of all i had a double cheeseburger, i highly recommend anyone within a 20 mile drive to come check this place out, its one of a kind!
