I went to the goat on Mother’s Day 2025 and arrived before the rest of my party so i sat down and had a drink at the bar. Mario was my bartender and let me tell you, he was amazing. I was visiting Dublin (from Dublin, Ireland!) and came across this gem of a restaurant with such lovely staff! My bartender was Bella, and she was so attentive, hilarious, kind and gave great recommendations on what to drink - specifically the black walnut old fashion. Now, I’m no old fashion expert but I must say, it was the best one I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that I couldn’t pack her up and take her back to Ireland with me 10/10 experience!
