Wonderful surprise finding this place. Great burgers and top notch fries. Service was just as wonderful making sure we were cared for. The milkshakes are the hidden gem, overall recommend Rail Craft kitchen as 10 out of 10.

Simply the best burger I have ever eaten: Rail-Avore. And the thing is, I saw it arrive and thought to myself - here’s a preformed patty with scalloped shaped cookie cutter sides. I was not prepared for my first bite. And I cannot tell you how many people I have told about how good my burger was. Immediate fan. When I come back I don’t even know if I can make myself try something else. So good. 100% recommend.

Amazing Amazing food, great atmosphere, and good prices.
Food was tasty and prompt. My waiter was attentive. I am from out of town so it was nice to try a new restaurant that is local to the area!

My husband and I went on 614 Restaurant Week so we had the 3 course meal. We had a salad and pimento dip for an appetizer. Both were very good. Especially liked the creamy jalapeño salad dressing. I had never had pimento dip before. It was very tasty. We both had Smashburgers and really liked them. Love the sautéed onions and grilled bun. Nice touch! Only detraction would be for the fries. They were good fries but had sat too long before serving. Due to the size of the servings, the fries really were not terribly missed. We had the brownie sundae and raspberry white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Both were very good. The brownie was the best! That's just a personal preference. I'm writing this mostly to compliment the staff. All were very friendly. Our waiter was Wade. He was great! He kept up with my husband's coffee intake which can sometimes be a challenge, lol. We will definitely return

My family and I came for restaurant week, and really enjoyed the menu! Fried pickles always a hit, and really enjoyed the chicken tacos that were an addition to the menu this week. My family members all got the Buckeye pie which they all thoroughly enjoyed. That being said, our serve was incredibly rude, unprofessional and abrasive. We witnessed the same rudeness and unprofessionalism to other tables as well. We were seated on the patio and When the restaurant dimmed the lights for dinner it was quite a bit darker making very hard to read the menus. Another table asked if they could turn the lights up slightly, and instead of checking to see if they could bring the lights up, he responded with “Have you dined at a restaurant in the last 20 years? Every restaurant does this!” My mom ordered a burger plain and specified just meat, cheese and bun. He went on a 5 minute tangent about how plain REALLY means “bun and meat, and everyone’s definition of plain is different, and you can’t make everyone happy” It was the same when my step dad ordered tacos and ask for no green onions, explained that he couldn’t do that because the “Pico de gallo had green onions too, and therefore would have plain tacos” It was just rude remark, after rude remark. On top of the fact that he was sitting down at tables to just be able to take people’s orders, complaining of “multiple fractures” in his leg. We were less than impressed and could not believe the unprofessionalism. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but was a bigger man that was limping around.

We've been to Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar in Dublin a couple of times now. The place has a nice, laid-back atmosphere—perfect for family dinners or grabbing a bite with friends—and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
The real standout here is the smash burgers. They’re flavorful, and cooked to perfection with that crispy edge that makes smash burgers so addictive. We’ve ordered them both times we’ve visited, and they’ve never disappointed—definitely some of the best around. Pair them with the fries or tots, and you’re set for a winner.
That said, we ventured off the burger path last time, and it didn’t go as well. My daughter ordered the chicken tacos from the specials menu, and unfortunately, they were a big miss. They just weren’t good—lacked flavor, and the overall execution fell flat compared to everything else. It was disappointing enough that we’ve learned our lesson: stick to what they do best!
Overall, this place earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars from us. The smash burgers are consistently excellent, the service is reliable, and it’s a fun local spot. We’ll definitely be back—just know to keep it simple and go for the burgers next time. Highly recommend if you’re in the Dublin area and craving a great burger!

We didn’t feel like dining in so we ordered and picked up. They got the order perfect and our burgers were amazing! They were the best we’ve had. Fresh and super juicy! Packed so it didn’t get soggy. Definitely will be ordering again!

When we first started going to The Rail it was locally owned and locally sourced. It was so cool to try all the different burgers and the choose your own was epic. So many choices and you could have a different burger everytime. It was also affordable and you always knew your food was coming from local sources. We went back to "Rail" now owned by the Caribou Coffee brand is wow is it different. They were not the cool burger spot we fell in love with. They are a conglomerate owned company with food you can tell has been sent from major company's. example the chicken on the nachos was Tyson. The burger options were so small and there was no burger special. Their shrimp tacos do not come with a side so pay 19.50 for 3 tacos and no side. It really is a rip off. Sad to say we will not be making the trip back to "Rail". The Rail was epic
