Don't try to use any coupons here. I don't even know if the guy is a manager but he always says they're system is down, or the coupon doesn't work. He's overcharged me twice and just tried a third time. He always says he can't adjust anything when I'm showing him the coupon. Not coming to this location anymore.

Came in with a coupon to get 10 free timbits, staff was friendly and professional. I redeemed my coupon to get tinbits because I am not a fan of Tim Hortons coffee, but timbits are good!

I hate writing bad reviews but in the few times i’ve been here, they haven’t gotten a single order correct through the drive thru. I’m always missing items, sometimes like half my order 😅 After 5 or 6 times of having to say something was forgotten is frustrating tbh, and they always make it feel like it’s my fault or an inconvenience. I haven’t had this issue with any other locations

I asked for a decaf vanilla iced coffee and I received a regular caffeinated coffee and I’ve had a really bad caffeine headache all day long, it’s extremely painful. I get bad panic attacks and headaches from caffeine so the fact that I received caffeine is extremely detrimental to my health.

Stop on my way to pick my son up from school after working two jobs the manager and the worker were extremely unprofessional and at the end of the service I got a large hot coffee thrown on me and my car. Have contacted a lawyer but I thought everyone should know.
Very short over the speaker. Confirmed my order with me and none of it was right. Wrong drink no hash brown. It’s like this every time with this location something is ALWAYS wrong!!!

Asked if my drink was made with oatmilk as I saw him make the drink with whole milk. He got mad at me for asking and said yes. Individual also put whipped cream on my drink which clearly stated on the online order no whipped cream. I let him know and he got upset and closed the drive through door and refused to help me. Very unprofessional.

I live a mile from this Tim Hortons and do business with them once every couple months. I was there this morning (9/6/2024), walked inside placed an order with a guy probably mid 30’s. Six glazed donuts, two orders of 10 timbits, two orders of your two for six breakfast sandwiches just mix them up please and a large coffee with cream and sugar. I love it that he didn’t have to repeat the order back to me or ask questions, he was friendly and had my coffee on the counter in two minutes and the rest of my food in a bag two minutes after that. Im not sure how they have the amount of negative feedback that they do because every experience I have including this morning is outstanding.
