Drive thru service is OK
I was at this same Tim Hortons yesterday. I made a mistake and they remedied my mistake with no problem. They advised on the proper verbiage to get a particular drink. I used that verbiage today and was given the wrong drink. I was asked by the manager who told me and I pointed to the man that did and he shook his head. That's fine with me. So she made my drink right. I was not given my donuts I ordered, she asked me then who took my order. I told her the young lady did( who appeared was trying to learn the cash register.) I then asked where the straws were abd napkins. I was directed to the line where I ordered my items.
It seems to me if I am not given straws and napkins they would have them where they give me my food and drink, not where I ordered it.

I love Tim Hortons. They have great coffee, and the Tim Bits are the best. I live in Denver. I come here whenever I have business nearby. Please open a franchise in Denver

Simple understanding... it's better than Dunkin. Better REAL coffee, donuts a good and breakfast items are surprisingly tasty!

Tried to go in at 8:30 in the morning for breakfast but when we entered they said “we’re not open for indoor. That’s why the doors are locked and there are signs” we came through unlocked doors that were clear of any signs.

How does this make sense? How does an employee care so little and respect their customers so little to do something like this?
Am I supposed to scrape the whipped cream off the box or what? Everything here is absolutely wrong and disrespectful.

Food came freezing and the bagel I got was sad looking. Male employee basically threw my bag in my car at me. Had to catch it. No napkins. Bags were ripped. Go next door to Wendys guys

New Management took over and therefore new folks working the evening shift. It's not the same anymore in regards to Service in the late afternoon. Manny is the new team lead working evenings. Not very friendly, cashes you out, and closes the through window while you are still sitting with your car there. Mason and Cole are missed. I am not spending money on my drinks with no existing friendliness and appreciation for regular customers. Will not purchase my Drinks there anymore!

Every Friday I get my regular hot vanilla latte. The older lady is so nice and gets my order in a timely manner and is very sweet. A younger woman took my order today and asked me to park and wait for an employee to get out and get me my coffee. 5 minutes passed and I pull back around and she just stares at me from a distance and talks to the employees. I had to get out of my car and ask her while some other customer was ordering. She lied to my face and said “well we came out and didn’t see you”. I was parked for 5 minutes and when she saw me pulling around she thought of this lie. She could’ve been a little honest but chose to reply with lies.
She had me waiting for another 5 minutes to get me something that isn’t vanilla latte. Very rude and unprofessional Service.

Very rude staff members. They don’t give you what you order and when you go back to let them know, they accuse you of lying and start screaming at you. Will never go back there and do not recommend to anyone.

Came to get timbits for my employees and at the drive thru ordering screen when I insured l asked which timbits they had the lady sighed sarcastically and replied "The same timbits we have everyday". I declined ordering because I refuse to spend my money with rude unpleasant representations of your business.

Terrible customer service. Not even the basic etiquette that if someone is waiting to order at your counter, atleast acknowledge them instead of staring at them and excuse yourself it you are busy. Beyond ridiculous.
Stopped by Labor Day Monday 9/2 for breakfast. We were greeted by a grumpy guy behind the register with no customer service skills. I asked what came with the breakfast meal and he said a biscuit and medium coffee. When I received the order there was a dried out hash brown thrown in the bag not wrapped. It was dry and cold. My husband got a medium coffee and had to ask for cream and sugar and the grumpy cashier replied with I put cream and sugar in it! When my husband asked for sugar he threw 3 packs on the counter at him. All of the workers seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and tone about having to take orders and serve people. The restroom was nasty and looked like it was not cleaned overnight.

If they say they close at five, they actually stop serving certain things earlier than that.
