Very horrible service ! They are making fun of us while we order.we just canceled the order and left the place!

Horrible service. There were 6 people standing around. 3 of them were on their cell phones. Their drive through was empty and yet still a line inside. The person making our drinks overfilled them and tried to wipe them off while sitting in a puddle of mess. They were them handed to me and needed to be wiped off again. I do feel sorry for the guy making the drinks as not one of his coworkers offered help. Will not go to this Tim Hortons again.. worth the drive to the next location.

Okay, I’d admit I was wrong when I asked about the charged price versus menu price ( I missed the +70¢ on what I ordered), but it wasn’t necessary to be ugly about it. Busy or not, I was the customer ordering and My questions are no less important than the person in front or behind me. And Even after that, the coffee was basically cold, but I wasn’t gonna stay long enough to have someone be rude about that too

These blueberry timbits are good. Like GOOD good. You'd listen to your conspiracy theory spouting Uncle ramble for days in exchange fora bottomless box of them. I don't understand how coffee and donuts can achieve this level of wonderful.I'm sure their sandwiches are great too but I'm really only talking about donuts here

The quality of Tim hortons food and beverages consistently sucks. It does not matter which location you visit. I do not understand why people give this place their time or money.
Dublin Ohio store by the Dublin Hospital at 11:40 am. A grilled chicken panini is not a grilled cheese sandwich with 3 small pieces of chicken that is flattened by the panini press for 2 seconds. Chicken was not hot. Cheese was not melted. Was not cooked in the panini press....just smashed and crammed into a box that was too small. Employees couldn't have cared less

Used to come here every morning before work. Was the best and closest place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. In the past couple weeks it’s definitely gone downhill. The coffee I normally order is nasty. I always ask for cream and sugar and it’s like they don’t do that when you ask now because it’s so bitter. Today it tasted bitter and like the milk was bad had to throw it away. Also why are the items on the app different then when you order there because they always try to make me seem crazy when I order something that I see online on their app

My friend and I went through the drive through this morning and as soon as we begin speaking we get rudely cut off and yelled at to speak up by an older lady with glasses. We understand if she couldn't hear us but there was no need to yell at us. Maybe she should consider getting some hearing aids to fix this problem. Then after having to yell the order for her to understand us, she did not tell us the total before screaming at us to move up the next window. At the window I handed her my card, and she inserted it and said that it was declined. I mentioned that the chip doesn't work and she should try tapping, and she disrespectfully said she tried and it didn't work, even though I watched her insert it. Lastly the sausage in my sandwich was cold and undercooked and my drink was entirely to sweet. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. This is not the first time I have experienced horrible costumer service at this place. There is this lady with per-icings on her face and what looks like tattooed on eyebrows that is also very rude. I give this place one star only because there was a very sweet man that was working one morning.
