I placed the phone order and was told 25 minutes so I showed up at 35 minutes after I placed the order only to be told that my order was 25 more minutes out which is fine. I was standing quietly in the restaurant minding my own business, not talking, not saying anything, not doing anything not hurting a single fool when they had a sheriff, kick me out of the restaurant because my order was too far away from when I got here After they gave me a pick up time and they were wrong....read full review
I have been a loyal Tommy’s pizza customer for 28 years. When I was an OSU student I ate at the location on Lane Avenue several times a week for years. I enjoy the pizza and subs, honestly, it is one of my favorite places to eat in town. Over the last few years, I guess since COVID when I have gone to the restaurants both the Dublin location and tonight on Lane Avenue I feel like I am treated as if I am an inconvenience to the employees. used to be a really great place where they cared about quality and customer satisfaction. yes not so much now. had a sob that the bottom bun was mush and the response I don't know why.
