We have been eating Tommy's pizza for over 15 years and have slowly noticed that in the past five years, the Dublin location has been declining with its standard of customer service and quality. This evening, we ordered a large pizza and a sub. When we got home and we discovered the pizza was completely burnt on top with no cheese And was completely inedible (unless you want to break a tooth). We took it back, asking for a refund and thought they would offer to give it to us for free due to the inconvenience of having to drive back-and-forth due to their error. However, they would not do both. They said they would remake it or refund it. That's all. I feel it is my duty to warn people about how terrible this customer service is. This is not the first time this has happened to us, however, we are forgiving, and wanted to give them more attempts to show us that they were worthy of our business. Sadly, after this evening, I can tell you I will never eat there again.

Picked up a couple pizza's from Tommy's. Ordering and picking up the employees were super awesome. Very clean inside. And most of all the pizza was amazing!!! Highly Recommended.

Love this place, but seating was closed. Whie waiting for my order three doordash guys picked up orders anda dozen others picked up an order. The wait wasn't long and food was still hot when I got home.
