Dining in an igloo on a rooftop is a unique experience. It was great fun with good food and good service. Prices are a little higher than normal, however, and one chicken dish was inedible — way too tough and chewy to eat.

Our server was ASHLEY! She was so amazing and polite. Everything was beautiful! From the drinks to the food everything was perfect. I can't complain. We will be coming again!!! The view was spectacular !

Had a great experience at Bubbles and Beats Brunch. The staff was wonderful, food was good and the DJ was great. My family and I always have a nice time at VASO. We will definitely be back for other events!

The service was quite slow and even though we were at a table away from others it was still very loud.

I came back to VASO after having a great experience previously, and this visit was extremely disappointing. My friend ordered a mocktail and was served a drink with alcohol. My food came out incorrect, her steak came out much later than the rest of the table, and the second drink I ordered never arrived. The server apologized, but the service still fell short.
What made it worse was the hostess coming over to ask if we were checked out because another reservation was waiting, even though we had a reservation as well and were simply waiting to pay. It came across as rude and dismissive.
To make matters worse, the charge that posted to my bank does not match the total on my signed receipt. If there is a payment issue, guests should be informed, not charged differently without explanation. This experience was disappointing from start to finish and has completely changed my view of this place.

I been to this place 2 times, first was good, second was not so great , the service could be a bit more speedy, both times we sat outside, so maybe more people need to be helping outside, the food was great, the Korean chicken was too fried and extra salty the cocktails were also ok the view is lovely.

Booked a reservation a couple weeks ahead of time (unintentionally on Halloween). Was contacted within the week of reservation stating that I would not be able to be honored for outdoor seating in igloos which was requested because of the event they were hosting. Made it work inside though, was told we would have a roomy 4-person high-top & would pull up another place setting & chair for the 5th person but had to keep the reservation at 4. Showed up, we were put in a pinched area at low 4-person table so a 5th chair was added & person had to sit on corner. This was the inconvenient solution considering we could've put two 2-person high tops together and added a 5th chair on the end and still have more space. We were told we would be given a “roomy 4 top table.” In any way, the food was great, drinks weren't worth the price, company was good, it was so loud. We had to flag our waiter Lance down by the end of our visit to even get our bills. Felt like we were abandoned towards the end as for wanting to order any other food or drinks. Would go back, hopefully not on a crazy night and have a better experience. Too, since our outdoor reservation wasn't honored, we later went out to see what the festivities were about & igloos were full. I'm not sure why our reservation from a couple weeks ago couldn't be honored.
