Vincenzo's Convenient Elegance

My husband and I just had our baby girl and decided to try a new spot for lunch! We heard great reviews from Step out Columbus and they were right! The staff was super friendly, the location was easy to find, and the food was delicious. We got fresh bread, lasagna, meat balls, and plenty of calzones! The staff also recommended some beautiful imports including cherries and balsamic vinegar that was beyond amazing on our taste buds. Everything was perfect and we loved our experience. We will be going back for sure

Went in after seeing on social media the subs, sides, etc. First was met with a warm welcome from all the employees. A great guy asked how he could help me, explained it was my first time. He walked me all through the menu, answered all my questions. What separates this place from going anywhere is not only the food, but the people who work there. I saw twice them carrying our groceries, treating everyone like family. The Italian sub was huge with great flavor and fresh ingredients. Red skin potato salad was best I ever heard, without a doubt. As I was walking with my toddler, she tripped and scraped her knee. A gentleman that was working behind the counter immediately came out asked if she was alright and gave her a piece of dessert. Talk about great hospitality that you will not find anywhere else. Well done and you have found a repeat customer!

Just came here for the first time with my husband and tried their Italian sub, by far the best I've ever had, their ingredients are fresh with fresh baked bread, everything tastes and feels authentic. You definitely get a bang for your buck, worth every penny, HIGHLY recommend. They have a vast assortment of different Italian wines I also wish to try in the future.

Excellent service and you can't find a better loaf of bread anywhere. Everything on their menu is fantastic with top of the line quality ingredients. Great selection of olive oil too.

Please wear gloves when you touch food. You touched dirty money and then touched all over my food. It was revolting.

Absolutely phenomenal good food and the customer service is outstanding.

Got the 4 pieces lasagna, 4 meatballs, small marinara and a small loaf of bread. The food was a salt fest. All I could taste was salt and basil. $72 for just that. Do not recommend. You want good Italian food, check out Pelinos.

My recommendation for those that want to experience Vincenzo’s Convenient Elegance is to either get there before noon, or don’t go at all. I got there at 3 o’clock on a Tuesday and they were sold out of both sandwiches and fresh mozzarella. So, at 1 o’clock the next day I called to inquire about the availability of the same items to find they had been sold out for some time. One of the most important traits anything or anyone can possess is availability, which I failed to receive in my attempts to experience what seems like an incredible establishment.
