The worse bobba tea we've ever had! We ordered the coffee jelly bubble tea, honeydew bubble, and Japanese matcha bubble tea. They were all bland, no flavors, my husband and son said it tasted like soap. We couldn't even drink them and have to throw them all away. Wasted over $20...I do not recommend!

We just tried the real mango with milk and mango popping boba and it was really good! All boba is not made equal!! We’ve tried boba at many different places in Columbus, and this spot was excellent! Fun cups, cute decor and music, what a nice spot!

It’s always a treat to come to Vivi’s. Love the vibe and it’s the best bubble tea around. Always very friendly to us and we have been coming here exclusively for our boba since! My husband loves the takoyaki and I just tried their popcorn chicken which was very good. Thanks Vivi for being so great!

I got the flaming brown sugar tapioca and my daughter got passion fruit tea with mango popping boba and they were both really good. People are very friendly. I highly recommend it.
Food and beverages are all great. What specifically makes us want to rate a five star is the owners and the staff. They are very friendly and caring which you usually would not expect to have in a bubble tea shop.

This location of Vivi Bubble tea has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED THERE WAS AN ASIAN MAN AND ASIAN WOMAN WORKING THEY DESERVED TO BE FIRED. I DIDNT EVEN ORDER ANYTHING BECAUSE WERE SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY SUCK!!! GO TO THE ONE ON HIGH STREET THEY HAVE THE BEST AND NICEST STAFF BUT SAWMILL IS THE WORST NEVER GO HERE!!!!
