AI ordering system resulted in 2 completely wrong sandwiches. One of the poorest experiences I've ever had with a Wendy's drive thru.

The food was burnt and cold. The fries were hard as a rock. I got a 6 piece saucy nug and they gave me spicy nuggets and those were also burnt and hard. Terrible. 2 cars in line. Do better.

I went Thur the drive Thur today and the cashier refused to put the machine out the window for me to pay with Apple Pay I go here everyday and never had a issue and today the service was poor

This is the first Wendy's store. I came to look inside the store. I ordered and ate it, but it didn't really feel like the first restaurant, it was the same as other restaurants. The store was quiet. The staff wasn't particularly enthusiastic. I wish there were goods exclusive to the first store.
I didn't realize til almost halfway through that this was the 1st Wendy's Restaurant that was built. Very well Organized and the Customer Service was spot on. I will truly be back to really take time and see the History on the walls. ??

It is amazing that the location literally across the street from corporate is this bad. Slow and inaccurate. Not much else to say. After getting 2 wrong orders called the store and spoke to a lady who said she was a manager. She apologized and said come in and tell them Jo the manager said to redo my meal. I walk in and some rude Asian manager said no one here by that name. When I explained the issue, he said nope sorry. Corporate is literally across the street. Do better Wendy's, your main store sucks.

I forgot my wallet and the woman at the cash register could not have been nicer and told me they got it this time. I go to this Wendy’s routinely and I will absolutely continue to, her kindness made my day and the food was good as always.
