I went through the drive through for 2 meals tonight. They handed me the food said thank you and closed the window and I drove off. Realized they never gave my my change or the sprite. Called and they said yah you can come in for it. We ate our meals and both our burgers were cold. My son got nuggets and they were spicy which we did not order. The chili also had no meat, beans were hard and it was soo spicy. Went back in and for my money and sprite and to let them know of the awful meal. They did not care. The said they were out of regular nuggets and did not feel they needed to tell us. They also said that it is late in the day and that is usually when the chili starts to taste funny. Seems like a huge management problem to me! We will not be back!

Pretty crummy experience here. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, a few kids meals and two meals. The staff was rude when we inquired about it. The bathroom smelled horrendous. I should have ran to the restaurant next door, used their clean restroom, and then still would have had time to get back before my food was ready.

They were understaffed and out of food at night, though they did allow substitutions. Not the fault of the employees, but management needs to pay better and attract more employees. My Baconator fries didn't have any liquid cheese goo on them.
Every single time I visit this location they just don't put an item on my sandwich. For instance I'll receive a hamburger without a hamburger patty but everything else. This has happened 3xs. I understand people make mistakes but this feels a bit extreme.

Went through the drive thru at 11:30. Somehow the burger, fries and nuggets were the same temperature as the 62 degree weather outside. If you're not going to serve semi warm food, just close early.
