Extremely disappointing experience. I was asked to wait outside for fresh fries at the drive-thru and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, while several other customers who ordered after me were served and left.
When I went inside to ask what was going on, Josh was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a proper explanation or apology, he told me, “We’re only three people working, and you can return your order if you want.” That’s not how you treat customers.
To top it off, my order was completely wrong — one sandwich had nothing but ketchup on it.
Unacceptable service, lack of respect, and zero accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would.

First of all nobody at the restaurant I’m at the register ready to order everybody looking at stood there for 5 minutes still nobody said anything workers outside it’s nobody sees me 6’4 250 and nobody see all of this for all that just close my skin might have been to dark

Honestly one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been too. The staff is very kind but that’s about it the food is always messed up or cold. Maybe you guys might need a new sound system I’m not sure but it’s insane I’ve been there like 6 times and I’ve had my order messed up about 3 times and the third time that it’s happened is what made me leave this review.

Wow the lady on the drive thru was about the rudest person that's ever existed. Tread lightly friends, tread lightly.
I went through the drive through for 2 meals tonight. They handed me the food said thank you and closed the window and I drove off. Realized they never gave my my change or the sprite. Called and they said yah you can come in for it. We ate our meals and both our burgers were cold. My son got nuggets and they were spicy which we did not order. The chili also had no meat, beans were hard and it was soo spicy. Went back in and for my money and sprite and to let them know of the awful meal. They did not care. The said they were out of regular nuggets and did not feel they needed to tell us. They also said that it is late in the day and that is usually when the chili starts to taste funny. Seems like a huge management problem to me! We will not be back!

Pretty crummy experience here. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, a few kids meals and two meals. The staff was rude when we inquired about it. The bathroom smelled horrendous. I should have ran to the restaurant next door, used their clean restroom, and then still would have had time to get back before my food was ready.
