I ask for extra onion every time I go there and they never honor the request. They put the sticker on there so you think that they did it just to not do it. I suggest checking your order before leaving the restaurant because the people making the food genuinely take pride and get happiness from messing up your order intentionally. It’s happened the last 4 times I’ve gone there. There’s no consequences or accountability if you fill out a survey about it or report it to headquarters.

Worst experience of my life, I am SO NICE, and I’ve never ever been YELLED at by a person working in fast food and this lady with red hair was absolutely terrible. Lost my appetite for wendy’s for a while that’s for sure, all over her mistake, charging me for a frosty I didn’t want. I kindly asked her to just remove it and she started yelling at me, people like this shouldn’t have jobs.

this restaurant used to be awesome, execution was one of the best in columbus. last 2 months im getting frozen fries handed to me, this morning they didnt have sausage for my breakfast baconator, or the right bread, so they just gave me something that resembled the breakfast baconator with no sausage and wrong bread without letting me know, unreal. not to mention that now three times that they have just said straight up that they are out of things. If you just switch managers at this location, I would go ahead and switch it back. It’s looking real rough.

The AI system has to be the worst order taker I have ever seen, nobody wants it, its slows down the line so much, please for the love of god remove it.

Night staff is fire in my book. They were closing and everything came out fresh had to pull up but they didn't rush me out the line or pull the closed card. Food came out super fresh.
This was on my potatoe. Is it a burnt sprout or a bug? Im leaning towards bug. I will NEVER go to a Wendy's again!

The most horrific service. I felt like crying. The new AI kept messing up my order so a worker came on the mic.
She kept asking me to speak louder and louder and I ended up shouting my order repeatedly. My son got scared from me having to shout so bad, that I asked twice can I just come to the window and order because i cant keep screaming. That request was ignored and I was told to keep raising my voice as they cant hear.
They then forgot to turn off their mic and I heard them being annoyed.
When i got to the window they gave me stone cold silence and service. No apologies for their mic not working and AI messing up the order multiple times and about me having to scream my order over and over.
The lady with the blonde curly hair especially was cold. She took the wrong AI generated order for the extra tangerine twist lemonades that were made, took a sip of it and then pour it back into the main lemonade mixer!!
When she handed my order I said thank you repeatedly to other staff and her and was ignored. The curly blonde woman then said thank you as we pulled out and then smirked and said to her co worker “that thank you wasnt for them, that was for you.”
When I got home one of my doubles was just cheese and burger. Nothing else. Bun, cheese and burger patty. Honestly, i feel so upset at how horribly the staff are trained and how i was treated. Im near tears and my throat hurts.
