This Wendys does not even deserve 1 star. Almost everytime I visit there in the evening the burger meat is pink and not cooked appropriately. There are items missing from my to go order as well. For example 2 - 10 piece nuggets missing. Would be wise to check the patties before you eat. The fries were cold.
Undercooked hamburger meat is a health hazard. I hope no one gets ill.

Wendy’s restaurant #01102667 at 6850 Hospital Dr. Dublin,Oh has very poor service. 2nd time I’ve gone there and they can’t get my order correct. I specifically asked not to put blue cheese on my salad because I’m allergic to it. I asked 2xs and the guy at the window said he put no blue cheese in my order. Yet the salad had blue cheese. I won’t put his name down as of now. I called to see if they could make it right by giving me another salad, and after several attempts no answer from the restaurant.
I complained to customer service and the guy sounded sincere and sorry. He gave me a case # because of the severity of me being allergic to the blue cheese. He said someone will definitely get back to me. He only took the complaints of customers. Let’s see how long before Wendy’s responds back. I wouldn’t say anything but this is the 2ndx and I’m just wondering who’s going to make this right? Does the manager care? Because the guy at the window didn’t. Again I won’t use his name as of right now. I’m upset because My health matters to me. I hope no one else has to suffer from this kind of service. If you do start putting it out there so the upper management changes things. Corporate management needs to do better and care to reach out to us that keep their pockets full. This is so ridiculous that this happened. Glad I didn’t continue to eat it. These kind of employees are the ones that end up closing the doors to many restaurants and businesses because of their lack of caring for the customers and their employment. I’m wondering how long before someone from Wendy’s reaches out to me. I won’t hold my breath!

My husband went inside to order the 2 for $7 singles. He ordered 4. When he got home there were 5 and he was charged 5.49 each! I called and the manager said if you don’t say the words “I want the 2 for $7” you are charged $5.49 each! Even though there are signs outside and promotions everywhere of 2 for $7! What is up with that? The WORDS! Manager was very rude. Never going back.
My husband went through the drive through and his sandwich was cold and gave a diet coke instead of regular. The owner promptly made.a new it was wonderful!

But slow for how little business they had but nothing terrible. They made my food correctly and with custom requests. Tasted delicious and was good value.

I had a really shady experience with this drive thru yesterday. When I first started making my order at the electronic speaker kiosk, a young lady was speaking to me. Then a young man took over. When he asked what sauce I want with the chicken nuggets combo, I replied with my choice. He added it separately and charged me an extra dollar for it. I found it a little odd considering it’s a combo and the sauce should be part of the combo’s price. The way it was printed on the receipt seemed shady, too, but he explained that’s how the system works. Still, when I pointed it out and said I shouldn’t be charged an extra dollar, he did call his manager - who happened to be a very rude and condescending person. He explained the situation to me - which still seemed shady and illogical. He then said he can find a way to make it cheaper for me, by 10 cents. I was expecting to get my dollar refunded and then given 2 sauces with the chicken nuggets COMBO meal - which is what should have happened to begin with. He said he can make it cheaper for me by making them saucy nuggets and then it would be 10 cents cheaper.
I never got a refund, even when I asked him if he needs my card to refund the partial charge. He outright refused to refund me. Here’s the thing, 1 dollar or 10 cents may be nothing but if this is done to hundreds of thousands of customers, they add up. I’m not sure if this is Wendy’s new way of scamming customers or if the manager and some employees at this branch think they’re being smart about making extra money by scamming customers so they get a raise or whatever else. A lot of people have been using racism, prejudice (and just about anything else) as a crutch to get away with illegal and corrupt behavior, lately, and it’s really getting out of hand. No one should be subjected to this experience at a WENDY’S.

This place is disgusting on the inside . The soda machine is gross and malfunction. Almost all of the tables are dirty and sticky. The food is what you would expect from a Wendy's that looks like this .

I wish they could cut down on filling your drink with extra ice. This is the second I order and ask for light ice, and the cup is over filled with ice.
