the worst Wendy’s in central Ohio. about 50/50 if anyone will even answer at the drive thru when you pull up. last night there was a line 7 cars long and no one was even taking orders at the speaker. when someone does actually speak, they will grunt something out and hate every single second of your existence for bothering them.

The fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were rubbery; couldn't bite through them. The lettuce on the sandwiches were wilted. All the food was disgusting and not at proper temperature. Will not return.

Sad to have to leave this but the service and food quality here today sucked. No way to sugarcoat it. Indifferent service, assured me my complete order for my family and I was in the bags, and forgot an entire bag of food. And far food isn't cheap anymore. So I didn't get to eat with my family and the replacement food they gave me was cold and still incorrect. Terrible across the board. And why was the dining room locked up at 6pm EST? Very disappointing. The owner should be ashamed of it's a franchise store. If it's corporate we'll the manager doesn't ha e their eye on the ball. I'm so angry I might never eat this slop again.

Had an app with rewards for a sandwich, the manager on duty had a very poor attitude and we could not use our reward because she said she had no idea how to redeem it, or how to use the app. (A Wendy;s app and the manager doesn’t know???)due to her attitude and not caring, we left and went to Tim Hortons to purchase our lunch. Wendy;s please train your manager on customer service and your app.
I'm writing you all to inform you of my terrible experience at their parsippany NJ location, where they gave me the wrong order and after correcting it, both managers named Darwith and Sinaa,don't have the decency to apologize???!!!
I was blown away, so I emailed customer care, which gives you an automated apology?! Then weeks later they respond and asked me to download their app & they will send me $15 ! So I did & again weeks,with no response???!!! I don't need their money or apologies, I told them, so they could teach there managers how to handle situations like mine & to let them know that they need us,we don't need them!!!

Order food from here threw the drive and thre item where cold. And I belive they know the items was cold..Very unplease. Do better Wendy u could aleast microwave they become we know after 10pm yall making no fresh. Ugh

This Wendys does not even deserve 1 star. Almost everytime I visit there in the evening the burger meat is pink and not cooked appropriately. There are items missing from my to go order as well. For example 2 - 10 piece nuggets missing. Would be wise to check the patties before you eat. The fries were cold.
Undercooked hamburger meat is a health hazard. I hope no one gets ill.

Wendy’s restaurant #01102667 at 6850 Hospital Dr. Dublin,Oh has very poor service. 2nd time I’ve gone there and they can’t get my order correct. I specifically asked not to put blue cheese on my salad because I’m allergic to it. I asked 2xs and the guy at the window said he put no blue cheese in my order. Yet the salad had blue cheese. I won’t put his name down as of now. I called to see if they could make it right by giving me another salad, and after several attempts no answer from the restaurant.
I complained to customer service and the guy sounded sincere and sorry. He gave me a case # because of the severity of me being allergic to the blue cheese. He said someone will definitely get back to me. He only took the complaints of customers. Let’s see how long before Wendy’s responds back. I wouldn’t say anything but this is the 2ndx and I’m just wondering who’s going to make this right? Does the manager care? Because the guy at the window didn’t. Again I won’t use his name as of right now. I’m upset because My health matters to me. I hope no one else has to suffer from this kind of service. If you do start putting it out there so the upper management changes things. Corporate management needs to do better and care to reach out to us that keep their pockets full. This is so ridiculous that this happened. Glad I didn’t continue to eat it. These kind of employees are the ones that end up closing the doors to many restaurants and businesses because of their lack of caring for the customers and their employment. I’m wondering how long before someone from Wendy’s reaches out to me. I won’t hold my breath!

My husband went inside to order the 2 for $7 singles. He ordered 4. When he got home there were 5 and he was charged 5.49 each! I called and the manager said if you don’t say the words “I want the 2 for $7” you are charged $5.49 each! Even though there are signs outside and promotions everywhere of 2 for $7! What is up with that? The WORDS! Manager was very rude. Never going back.
