I just came from Wendy’s in Clintonville got the infamous panko bread fish sandwich and I have to say it was not good! I’ve been eating these fish sandwiches every year when they bring them back and I am throughly disappointed. Go back to the original fish sandwich.

Had the double baconator & fries from the Wendy’s in Worthington, OH, #00001858. Burgers were dry & overcooked; fries were limp and tasteless. Disappointing.

People who run Wendy's. Atten to cleanliness here needs to be addressed. Now I am a regular customer but when I come into one of your restaurants where workers wearing dreads is swinging all over the food it makes me sick. I don't know about you but bi don't want clock springs in my food. If you are willing to let your workers wear dreads at least tell them to wear a hair net or pin them up for heavens sake let's have some kind of standards in how the food is prepared. At one time it used to be if you had long hair you had to wear a net over the hair so I believe you as a company need to reinforce the standard once again please. This is in regards to your Pittsburgh,pa locations

Stopped at Wendy's swant, Ohio got a Dave's double cost. $12.07 supposed to have no onions. They put onions on it when I try to git fixed? The manager threatened to call the cops on me. If I didn't leave and I wasn't even causing a scehe. he just didn't want to honor His obligation of doing his job so this is kind of people Wendy's hires.

We have not eaten at Wendy’s in several years. Had a taste for it this evening. Love pickles on my sandwich so I chose the classic chicken sandwich and lettuce tomato Mayo and pickles. When my husband picked it up and brought it home, we sat down to eat. My sandwich did not have any pickles on it as it is advertised that is does. It also had at least 2 tablespoons of Mayo on it. So much so, it was spilling out of the sandwich. I had to remove the Mayo. Fries were hot and tasty. Disappointed. Macedonia OH Wendy’s location.

Wendy’sI ordered Wendy’s last night. I ordered 1 jr cheese burger, 1 medium fry, cup of chili and large frosty.I received a bacon cheese burger. (I can’t stand bacon)Medium fry that was half full, they were soggy and old.The part that really infuriates me- I took the lid off of the “frosty” someone poured a cup with chocolate mix that goes into the ice cream machine. It was straight liquid.Wow, I was speechless.I threw all of it in the trash. I did takea pic of the “frosty”

I think the time has come to clearly identify the franchise owner at all locations. This goes for all fast food restaurants, not just Wendy's. The differences in customer experience have become too great. If the franchise contracts don't allow adequate standard-setting, or if corporate just can't/won't do it, give customers the information they need to shake the tree.Can't find the name?
