I’m still giving them five stars, even though the service is all over the place. Their hours feel random, the counter staff changes a lot, and the experience isn’t the same every visit—probably why they’re sitting at 3.9. But take one bite of their pastries and none of that matters. Each roll is like a cloud—soft, airy, with the lightest cream you’ll ever taste. The vanilla roll is my weakness: once you try it, I’m betting you’ll hand out five stars too.

I've experienced their birthday cake many times. It is always loaded with cream and a very thin layer of sponge. If you eat more than a bite. You won't eat anything else.

The customer service here is beyond terrible — the staff are rude, unprofessional, and act like they’re being forced to do their jobs. I was shocked by how disrespectfully they treated customers, with zero courtesy or basic manners. It completely ruined what should’ve been a simple visit to buy some desserts. If this place cares at all about its reputation, they need to retrain their staff immediately. Until then, I won’t be coming back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Cake was supposed to be ready at 2pm. I called them and she said it is ready. But it was not. Lady in picture asked me to wait for 30 mints more. Worst attitude I have seen from a long time. No apology, was still standing in line and she started helping next customer.

I have been a regular customer there for more than 10 years and they have the same performance and delicious refreshing cakes.
