After waiting almost an hour they canceled my order and told me to call for details. When I tried to call, no one would answer the phone and you're told to leave a voice-mail. They also charged my card, so im now disputing that charge. Seriously?!

If I could zero stars I would. FirstOff they tried to not give me the soup I ordered. Then the chicken on my sandwiches was cold. They gave me a salad with no lettuce. Then tried to give me a cookie after ruining 3 meals.

It is a really nice place and it's clean the the employeesnthere helped me find the best soup for me and helped me find the best salad for me to plus I liked how you can get a sample of all the soups.

Just discovered ZOUP and we love their soup. They have healthy items there and just like home made soup. They also seem to have less salt, than other comparable restaurants. We will sure be back.

Should have walked out when they told me I needed to wear a mask. If you want to pay $2.80 for bottled water this is your place. They don't provide drinking water. $12 for a cup of soup and half a sandwich is way too much. Needless to say I won't be back.They responded that they have water at the fountain pop area and that is a lie, at least I wasn't given that option. Don't waste your money on the stale soup.

This place honestly has Amazing soup! Me and my boyfriend order the chicken pot pie soup (so good!) and the turkey bacon club sandwich. I just tried the classic Mac and cheese today and BEST MAC AND CHEESE EVER! Can’t wait to continue to eat from here the food never disappoints. Also, the cashier I had, Stephanie is super sweet and nice and hardworking.
