Every time you call they never answer the phone , so busy in the large metropolis of Duncan falls that they can’t take time to answer a phone call to check if there hours are as stated on google

We pulled into subway at 8:55 pm and closing time is at 9. They refused to serve my kids and I. How shitty to turn down a child after they just played a ball game and wanted something to eat. Poor customer service and I’ll be taking this higher up the chain to report.

Emma Jo is an excellent employee, my friend and I got sandwiches, he is very picky and she made sure to communicate well and accomplish the various modifications with kind heartfelt efficiency. The restaraunt was spotless and everything was perfection.

The two girls working were very friendly and fast with making our subs! The place is good with cleanliness considering the remodle. Will definitely be back in the future and did I say the subs were delicious made just right ?

Ordered online. Drove from McConnelsville to Duncan Falls and picked up the order, brought the subs home, my husbands sub was completely wrong except for chicken and bread. Nobody was inside eating and there were two girls working. Tried calling. And calling. And calling. And calling. No answer, and this was before 7PM. No answer. Will follow up once I get some sort of response. I understand mistakes happen, but someone could answer the phone.

I've gone here twice in the span of a month and both times it was the same guy who didn't know how to make a melt and both times it was a really poorly made sandwich that was basically falling apart. I've ate at this subway for years and never had problems, whoever this guy is you need to fire him.
