Pizza was good until I bit into a fingernail. Put the rest in the trash. The icky feeling has not subsided

They don’t answer the phone when you are trying to place an order. I called 8 times straight and no one picked up the phone. Poor customer service

The staff don’t smile say thank you nothing just pay and wait. They also changed the size of the Monster Pizza I ordered here plenty of times and one day I order my regular which is the Monster ex cheese and pepperoni and it was smaller like a hot and ready I asked what happened she said nothing they just cut it differently. Mind you I always ordered the same thing when I come there. Customer service is horrible and they scammed me out of my order.

I paid for cheese bread and got bread sticks I e called y’all as of this review two or three times and your refusing to answer the phone this is crazy y’all charged me five dollars for this nah we will be getting money back or replaced im not eating this

The best Georgio’s pizza is this one they make your food And point every time my name is Chris I come here all the time

My ordered delivery to my job for lunch and when the pizza arrived it was not all the way cooked. Called a few times before someone finally decided to answer. Had to go after work to be able to eat my lunch…. Went to the store and they redid my pizza and it was better the second time but it shouldn’t take me having to come back for a pizza to be fully cooked

Was disappointing. Crust soggy. Chicken wings were very small with little meat but had a good flavor.

I had just picked my kids up from afterschool activities. I wanted to place the order ahead of time by phone so I could grab and go, but there was no answer, and the call went to voicemail. So I had to place the order when I arrived and wait 20 minutes. I thought the pizzas were a little overcooked also. The pizza is usually pretty good, but this time, they were just okay.

Person taking order was not very helpful. Very non-chalant and indifferent. Not a friendly type.

Customers should never feel like they need to beg to spend money. Aside from poor customer service, causing an awkward atmosphere
..usually the food is a "you know where you ordered" experience with food.

They refused to replace the items in my order that were missing. Spoke with the manager. He refused to replace the items that were missing, even after I had been told on the phone to come back up and they would replace the food that was not there. So I will not be ordering from them again

Not bad if you like lukewarm pizza. Delivery time left a lot to be desired.
