EDIT : CLOSED FOR AT LEAST THREE WEEK EVERY DAY. PHONE # DISCONNECTED May be closed permanently. I work across the street and use to like going here, but Google won't let me mark it as shut down.

Happy"s Pizza in East Cleveland was closed this 4th day of May 2023. I visited the site around 2:p and the doors were locked: while there, I attempted to telephone the business many times and received a disconnect as though the phone is shut-off. This is not a place I intend to attempt to do business with. Also, the day before, attempted to order on-line for delivery (no delivery available). I thought maybe I needed to register and did. Still no delivery or pick-up available. Is this place closed permanently or just an unorganized, dereliction of duty entity? I shall cancel my registration. Sad

The meat calzone didn't have all the meat it was supposed to, and vegetable calzone was not made correctly. Missing food items. I gave cashier 25 dollars for my meal, he rang a food item in that cost less and pocketed the rest of the money. He asked me if I mind him doing that, I said... do what you do .

I wanted grilled ribs and the taste didn't get it. I will not be returning I wasn't happy. I don't know why it was cold in there did they pay electric bill???

I was only there to pick up an Uber eats delivery. The cook didn't want to the order and after 20 minutes I was told "wait another 10 minutes, he putting it in the oven now, I don't know what's wrong with him." Umm yea right. I canceled the order and I don't accept orders from there anymore and I would absolutely never eat there!!! They never had good rep.That's my truth.

The manager brought my food and wouldn't give me the receipt they left have of my food and said it wasn't on the receipt I called the store the person who took my order read it back and they have the nastiest attitudes do not erder from this place

I got rib tips and pizza here a few days ago it was so good I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
Food wasn't good,long wait,bathroom stinky and filthy and no light to see. Light bulb burned out. Waited for pizza a long time...NO WORKER? ONE COOK??!!

Sign and online says they are open till 1AM. However when I got there at 11 the sign said they were open and when I proceeded to walk to the door they cut the sign off and locked the door. That was very rude. The workers don’t want to work. I don’t understand how employees can just close someone’s business like it’s nothing. I’m sure the owner didn’t know that they were closed.

Whenever I go my order is always HOT with fresh toppings just the way I like it. What I like thw most is I can reheat for lunch the next day a d it still sltastes fresh out the over. Good Job Happy's and keep up the good work.

Happy Pizza Cauliflower with everything on it was good. The sauce was just too sweet for my taste. The whole fried wings were also good and mostly done. I made the mistake of not as for my sauce to the side. I also had their peach cobbler. They gave a decent helping. The new look was most exciting detail. Also the change to delivery of the take out only was for the best.

On 8/10/22 I called in @8:32 to order wings and a big shrimp dinner. They gave it to me at 923pm. Food was good but slow
