I only come for the Carmel frappe delicious I tried a double cheeseburger because I hadn’t in years and it was gross so I will stick to only getting my frappe. The service was pretty good this time.

Whoever ws working between 1:00-200am on Tuesday morning march 18 after st Patrick’s day was extremely disrespectful and gave horrible service. I placed an uber eats order that was straightforward and I had two drivers who claimed the establishment “never received my order” which meant I spent $32 and never got my order because the app asked me to cancel. I made a formal complaint and got my refund but the way the workers were aggressive to my drivers and rude overall lets me know they should not be working with the public and service. I hope the owners of this franchise see this. It’s pitiful. Do better. And trust me I worked 5 years at prestis and had people try to fire me all the time. If you’re stressed don’t take it out on the public.

We all want dinner fast and this was the place to come to, not anymore. This is the third time all the food was cold. My daughter said to me "you always say that". If you reheat food espically burgers the temperature should be 165. Hate cold food.

Terrible establishment…waited in line for almost 15mins…ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and an apple pie…paid…$6.68 is way too much for a drink and tiny pie but I still paid because I wanted it…but when I went to receive my order I was told “we don’t go no strawberry banana we only got mango”…I replied by requesting for my money back and was told to go to the 3rd window…I was expecting a refund but instead was brought out a strawberry banana smoothie(that I was told wasn’t available) and an apple pie…I was in a rush to get back to work so I took it and drove off realizing while driving that the apple pie was over an hour past the enjoy by time and the smoothie had the whole bottom separating already like it had been sitting (even though I had just gotten it…what a complete waste of time and money…with all of the other negative reviews I won’t be surprised when they have the same result as the Wendy’s down the street…
