Ordered last weekend and the driver refused to deliver because a neighbors dog was laying out on their front lawn 3 doors down (with the owner closely attending). When she arrived and called me from the curb to express her reservations over her safety at the sight of the dog, I offered to come to her car if she pulled into the driveway so that she never had to exit her car. Understanding that some people have varying levels of comfort with animals, I didn’t want her to be fearful just trying to do her job. She told me that she was also not comfortable pulling into the driveway because of the lip on the apron leading to the street. To be clear, at a reasonable speed for entering/exiting a driveway, the “lip” on the driveway poses not issue for the Honda accord that frequently visits my house. I let the driver know that I don’t wish for them to feel uncomfortable but at this point it would be best to return the deliver to the store where I can just request a refund. The driver clearly frustrated hanged up the call in response. I called the store where I spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and offered to have the driver bring the food back to my house but I declined. I was uncomfortable accepting food from her after she’d already left and was clearly frustrated. The manager again apologized and empathized saying he understood how the experiment would “leave a bad taste” And he agreed to just refund the order. That was over a week ago. I have yet to be refunded for the order.

Where do I begin the place was filthy it was a short lady there with a baby bout 4 or 5 month old little girl in the store she works there as she was in uniform but work is work not daddy day care I left after I seen the flies on the uncovered dough that was drying out in the corner I didn’t even get no food outside it’s a bunch of young people smoking and drinking and kicking it like they at a park

I have been ordering from the East Cleveland Papa John’s for maybe 4 years. I have never had a negative experience (except when they forgot my Diet Coke back in the day, lol; even then they wanted to remedy immediately. Over the years I have gotten to know the very kind and considerate manager, Curtis. Even after a period of not ordering when I was back working in an office for a bit he still remembered me on his next delivery. It’s not hard to be kind but many are not. When he delivers I look forward to seeing him and experiencing his genuine kindness. When he doesn’t deliver it is so nice to hear the way his staff speaks of him. The driver that just delivered to me and I agreed he is just a kind, nice man. I can’t imagine anyone having a complaint about this store… even if they forgot the Diet Coke once or twice. When delivering for any service your never know you may be that persons only human interaction for the day, week or more. This store excels and great food and genuine kindness.

Manager always has an attitude he like a female we might have a real problem if I come there again and act like I'm bothering him I spent over a thousand dollars in this location and the Manager always haves a attitude makes me not want to order from them anymore

The bar was low and I was still disappointed. No mushrooms on multiple slices, very little pepperoni, Door Dasher waited for 20-25 minutes on 2 pizzas. I know why they are pushing buy 1 get 1 free.
2 stars because the sauce cups were intact, even though we didn't receive all the extra ones ordered. :/

I had to drive to mansfield oh to get service. Galion Ohio closed. My chicken wasn't completely done. The one on superior ave. In cleveland ohio is the best.
I ordered online through GrubHub. I ordered their "16 peperoni cup pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, banana peppers and spicy Italian sausage. What I got was a pizza with no sauce, no pepperoni. Just x cheese, bannana peps and some sausage. I will NEVER order from ANY take out pizza place EVER again except for Angela Mia. They ALWAYS get our order right and their Pizza is ALWAYS perfect and delicious! Unfortunately, they were closed this Friday night. I have learned my lesson.
