Excellent on "call ahead" take out service. The staff gave me an estimated time frame over the phone that the popular"Shaq-Oroni" Pepperoni Pizza would be ready. When I arrived for pickup the wait was less than 5 minutes. Great! Very courteous and professional staff and service. I arrived at my destination just in time for kick off. Thank you.

I ordered a small pizza online got to the store guy gives me a large. I kindly told him I'm not being rude or disrespectful but I can't do anything with a large pizza. For some reason he continues to question me trying to make me take the pizza then mention he doesn't want any waste. As he is making my small pizza the light skin female employee with blond hair mention I'll make that mf taste like pine sol and the other two employees though it was funny to laugh (sounds like a lawsuit). That was my last time ordering from this location to much ignorance for no reason when you can just give the customer what they asked for. I was rude or disrespectful I just wanted the small pizza I paid for.

Currently in the store ordered a small size pizza online there was an issue because I would not except a large size pizza the young black light skin young lady with blonde/brown hair threatened it might taste like pine sol I don't not understand how it became so personal but if I get sick i'll file a lawsuit before leaving the hospital with hesitation. I did not respond to her ignorance as the rest of the employees though it was the funniest thing I don't understand the ignorance just give customers what they order (fyi) there should be a spot in your daily/weekly/monthly budget for waste
The General manager was very helpful. I was in a hurry to work and my order didn't match what I thought my online account had said. He was very understanding and helpful and gave me the 2 missing pizza for free

Ordered one pizza and two cheesy breads at 6pm. They quoted 15 - 25 minutes. Food did not show up even after an hour. I called and they promised me a 25 minute remake and to give me a free brownie and 2 liter because they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver. After 1 hour and 15 minutes total the driver shows up and had nothing to say about being late. Also, my promised remake or free items never came as well. Will not be ordering from the Euclid Ave. Location ever again!

Pizza is even hot and fresh via delivery. What I want to point out is their community involvement and sponsorship. Papa John's (East Cleveland) provides pizzas to Empowerment Church every third Sunday. According to Tyisha Blade, The East Clevelander Magazine, Papa John's also help other organizations throughout the community.
