I’m totally disappointed with their service. Many times I tried to make an order on drive through at night usually after midnight, they refused to take order. Instead they only take orders on the app or door dash.

This location fails on every level as a taco bell. I spent 30 minutes in line after ordering in the drive thru and I only ordered 2 boxes and they skipped an entire box. I was shocked they were even taking orders because normally they shut down for only uber eats or door dash which is another slap in the face

Either shut this location down or do better because the current state is beyond pitiful

I ordered 2 Doritoes locos SUPREMES, no lettuce w/ extra meat and extra sour cream and nacho fries. No matter what time I come here I can't get a correct order 😡 my SUPREME had no tomatoes and VERY little sour cream( i paid for extra) and was sold COLD fries AND nacho sauce!! Gotta do better than this. Understand this isn't the best neighborhood, but should still get good or decent food if money is being spent.

I couldn't even get food. I'm pretty sure there was just like one guy on duty, so they said they were only filling delivery orders, and wouldnt even let me place an order. If i did, it probably would have taken more than an hour to get, though...

How is everything already made basically and I’m waiting 30 min for food with three cars in line. Everything is cooked and in containers on a line why is that hard ??? On top of that gave me the wrong order only had two things I ordered in my bag how is a burrito a taco ???? How do you get those mixed up ??? Got my food cold as well great job Taco Bell…….. nottttt

Customer service needs work. I needed my order re-made because it was sitting out for a while. The system turned the full name I typed into one letter so when I heard the letter get called out I thought it wasn’t me. If your system makes the mistake and my food gets cold I want it re-made so that it’s hot. But they refused. If a customer asks and has a valid reason then you do it because you lose money if you don’t. I usually come here 2-3 times a week. Now I’ll start going somewhere else.
