It's a Taco Bell. That's all. What gives it four stars is the service. Their people are always polite and helpful.The food is okay. But you shouldn't be going to any Taco Bell expecting high end Tex Mex food.

This Taco Bell really needs to be closed Down it’s located in a terrible spot in East Cleveland. The workers in there are very rude. They refuse to take orders at the drive-through they give you cold slimy food they’re always forgetting something. The food is never hot. The website says they open at 10 AM. They don’t start preparing orders until 1 PM the night shift. Staff doesn’t take orders after 10 PM. I have tried to get in contact with HR to file a complaint have had no luck with any response, the whole establishment needs to be shut down

I do deliveries, and they refuse to fill orders after 10 pm. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. Tonight went to get an order, and they said they were short stuff. That was a lie , everyone was outside doing nothing except for smoking. This is the second time I have been there in the last 2 days, and the last time they were smoking in the restaurant. This Taco Bell needs new staffing at night.

Neat and clean lobby. Self serve kiosk,fast lobby now open and eating in is allowed. Lots of Summer Specials. Fall specials are in. Lots of Value Menu items added.Vegetarian options: The Vegan food options are many, most favorites are available in a vegetarian form similar to the original. Even their Mexican Pizza has a vegetarian counterpart.

I think it's actually a recruitment for everyone that works at this Taco Bell to be at least 40% fucking retarded. Why has it been YEARS and not ONCE have they gotten my order right? And you'd think I'd learn my lesson but every time I come back I think to myself: "ok, it's been months. They probably have new staff and the probability of all of them being at least 40% retard couldn't possibly be THAT high". And then somehow, every time, for the past 5 years, I am wrong. I am a vegetarian so every time they fuck it it's like ok now I just can't eat at all period. I realize they don't care and that's totally fine in fact I think often Taco Bell food tastes better when they don't care! But the only possible explanation here is that they are, in fact, all, missing at least one chromosome. Because that is the only explanation for the fact that every single time they manage to read at a special-Ed kindergarten level. Oh, and the ambience is pathetic too.

Around 10 am...The service was slow, no one was at the drive thru intercom and i waited about 5 minutes, even said hello, anybody working thru the intercom to no reply...i had to go inside and put my order in the self order screen, they served my order in a to go...i check the food because it felt really lightbut she walked away, i look at the supreme burrito, and my mom already chewing on her chalupa and its mostly lettuce and a tiny slither of meat..i felt so baf i didnt wanna take her 4.59 chalupa from her mouth, i look at the supreme burrito and its nothing in the wrap....i should have took a photo...the most expensive burrito and they said its just a svoopof meat...i said a scoop? Look, and put my finger by the ground beef, it was no more than half a tea spoon or less..i felt robbed...they wanted to prepare me another one? BIG PASS...i was not having it and just got the money back and went got me a whopper for the same money...those employees need to be checked on how they are preparing the supreme birritos...they robbing customers...WARNING: CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF...???

gave my card to the cashier on Friday 11/03/2023 and the man took forever with it, he walked off with my card and the next day all my money was gone out of my account. this was also a brand new card. dont go here with your card cause taco bell aint gon do anything and on top of that before i handed him my card he was rude. never again.
