**WARNING**I called North Randall Police Department to report this crime at Teriyaki Express on Warrensville Road because the young man at the window taking orders with braids in his hair is pushing COUNTERFEIT $10 BILLS to customers upon receiving your change. I didn't know until I was making a purchase at another business after work. I took it back explaining he passed it to me and he basically laughed and denied it!! Don't patronize at this business ??

They use to be very good!!! But now they don't put the rice on the grill. The rice taste hard and it be stale. Anytime I ordered extra of something like extra teriyaki sauce they put none and when I order extra veggies they put less. I doubt I will be back here. I thought I found me a good spot but NOT!!! Oh and the yum yum sauce is trash ? I rather get it from Wal-Mart.
I've been here twice. Both times the service was fast and friendly. It's "express" so food is premade and kept warm and then freshened up when it's ordered. It may not be quite as delicious as a hibachi grill that cooks fresh in front of you, but for $11 and drive through speed?!?! Definitely a value. Better than mall food and costs less. The chicken and veggie portion was average, but the rice serving was HUGE! If you're in a hurry and wanting some hibachi, definitely give it a shot!

Clear they don’t clean what they’re cooking on everytime I order chicken teriyaki it’s shrimp shells in my food or sharp unknown objects and the chicken is boneless so why is there anything sharp in my food ?? Be careful ! Never ordering from here again. Food safety harzard calling the health department this not the first time and I have proof

I , will never eat anything from here again the inside was very Dirty , ot had so much Dust it everywhere the floors was Dirty, the condition is very poor I, don't know when the last time they used a, Broom or mop, or wiped and cleaned the. counters and where you can sit and eat your meal I left without ordering after seeing how Filfty the place was they should be ashamed of themselves
Ordered noodles and received rice, I ordered a #4 which I thought came with a egg roll and drink only to find out it actually doesn't come with it.

Disgusting. All I ordered was Sushi . Sign said $10 she charged $10.99. The rice is mushy, barely any shrimp or crab meat

If I could give no stars I would. The food was disgusting and they had the nerve to say no refunds. The steak was old. The remake to chicken was even nasty

BEST bang for your buck! You could go to other places, pay more and get less, and don't even taste as good! Trust me, I know, because I've tried! Also, this is a franchise, and out of them all, this is the best location for getting your monies worth. The extra veggies went up by a dollar, but it's still worth it! Just try the chicken teriyaki, with noodles preferably... but hey, get the rice if you want. I can't vouch for it though! (I give them back all the sauces they give but take two extra teriyaki cups??)
