Great ice cream, as usual!

My husband ordered a small Bruster's Blast with Oreos and chocolate syrup. First there was hardly any syrup and all the Oreos were at the bottom. SMH. Learn how to train or learn how to do your job. I ordered a small order in a cup. Hardly any Oreos in my ice cream. It was like eating vanilla. It was the most disappointing and waste of money. Please learn how to make what you advertise!!

Well I mean, I love Bruster’s, been there my whole life. I understand you gotta hire new people throughout the years and all. But when I went there today to order some ice cream, just plain vanilla, a pint. They don’t give me no spoon. How am I gonna eat a pint of ice cream with my spoon? It’s not like i got an ice cream cone where i can chomp away. But that’s not too bad, I can just go ask for another one right? Well when there’s a long line of people I guess it’s impossible.
“Can I get a spoon.”
“Sorry we are busy right now”
“You guys didn’t give me a spoon, how am I gonna eat my ice cream?”
“We gave you one.”
Etc.
What is this melodrama? Just give me my damn spoon.

Tried oat milk oreo and it was delicious ?

Waited in line just to get to the window and be told they couldn't make milkshakes wouldn't be a big deal if maybe a sign was up saying that

best Bruster's I've ever been to. ice cream tastes insanely fresh and they don't skimp on toppings or whatever is mixed in with the icecream.

Never had a bad experience going here and Bruster's has been there since my childhood. As adults we look forward to our next visit!

Great service from Nathan they helped me out on what to eat and didint mind i was taking abit too LONG! i really loved the place the ice cream and the SERVICE from Nathan! so please give them a raise! they deserve it! they were kind to my daughters too!again please give them a raise! they deserve it! great work
