The male employee at the drive thru was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to! I asked his name and he replied “Jehovah Witness” .. I asked to talk to a manger and he said he was. I will NOT be back and I frequented there. The girls are so nice!

We ordered on Thursday and was given 5 french fries per chicken strip baskets. When my husband called the manager called my husband names. My husband went in to address the issue so the manager called the police. My husband did not yell or carry on, he waited in line and as soon as he asked for the manager everyone disappeared. When the cops came in the manager appeared and said my husband was acting crazy. The police said that Dairy Queen is their problem address and they are called there regularly because of that manager. Dillon the manager made a simple easy situation a mess and we will not be going back.

Waited 30 minutes just to have all of my blizzards melted on top of that I ordered a 4 piece chicken basket just to have not even half a handful of fries and no toast.

The staff is incredibly rude, the order was messed up and when my husband went to talk to the manager, the manager called the police. My husband waited in line and did not yell but the manager told the police that he was freaking out. The police said Dillon the manager called the police there all the time and it is their problem address.

Girl working was smoking her vape while I was in the drive thru lane blowing it all over the ice cream machines and cups while the manager even seen her and didn't pull her to the side very very unprofessional And disgusting. Like ur at work not on a SMOKE BREAK!

Place 3 chicken tender meal 2 of them was suppose to be 6 peice was only 4 peice meal 1 with large fries was give a small

I usually love your Blizzards. But I ordered an Oreo Mocha Fudge Blizzard with M&M’s added from your establishment. Instead I was given an Oreo Fudge Brownie Blizzard. When I pointed this out the drive through person insisted it was a mocha fudge blizzard before rudely closing the window. My mother ordered a chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard with peanut butter flavor. She ended up with the same thing I received.

Update: I am raising my review as my issue has been resolved. I really appreciate how well this was handled. The person who I spoke with was very helpful and polite. They worked quickly to help resolve this. Thank you so much!

We came from out of town but the quality of dairy Queen is always bypresent you just can't beat chicken fingers french fries a drink and a Sunday for $7 the french fries were hot chicken fingers were hot everything was wonderful and the young lady who took care of us did a wonderful job

I used DoorDash for the first time ordering pretzel sticks they were fine then I ordered a large misty blue raspberry did not get that got a large strawberry shake ordered a medium Oreo mint chocolate chip blizzard got two Oreo mint chocolate chip mines ordered a salted caramel truffle medium did not get very disappointed with the service and the resolution was to give me a DoorDash credit not even a refund thanks for nothing I will definitely remember this one.
