I’ve never experienced witnessing a manager be so rude and disrespectful to her workers until coming here. It was tough to witness and I won’t subject myself to that again.

24 hours??? Nope. Went to get doughnuts at 4am. They said no doughnuts until 5am. OK I was early and didn't call ahead. Called later to see if the could accommodate the order. They said no, the earliest is 5am. Called Tim Hortons. They will take care of the order. Guess Dunkin isn't interested in their customers. Go across the street.

Coffee is good but the drive-thru lady wasn't paying attention and charged me for someone else's order so now I'm having to wait a few days for a refund for that. They need to get their workers to pay more attention instead of doing whatever this lady was doing before I came to the window.

really hit or miss with this place. you never know if youre gonna get what you paid for, or if the workers are gonna be rude. like why did i ask for less ice, but i got a cup that was mostly ice and there was still 2 inches of the cup left to be filled. i work in fast food, so i understand there are really bad days, but if someone is paying for a drink, make it the right way. it’s just odd to me, i hope they get better workers.

Honestly, words cannot describe the level of disrespect that I witnessed at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Picture this. 11pm. Worked all day. Exhausted. 2 hour drive ahead of me. Stop at the local Dunkin’ Donuts. Simple request. Light ice. What I got? Unbelievable amounts of attitude. The drink was almost empty and still had a full cup of ice. When I KINDLY asked the employee to please simply add some additional milk. I was told that “well that’s what you get when you order less milk” WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. She then SLAMMED the drive through window in my face and walked away. Stunned, I left because I was worried about how I would respond if I stayed. Ultimately this experience has left a lasting effect on the attitude towards not only Dunkin’s donuts but the service industry as a whole. Needless to say. I will not be retuning, unless the location offers me a replacement matcha latte with my requested light ice and full cup. Until then, my business will be elsewhere.

Rarely will get my frozen green tea matcha made with my requests. I was just there at 5 pm Friday and when I was handed the drink I told the girl it was wrong and questioned if she did almond milk with extra scoops of matcha. She said yes but it was horrible. I had to park and go in and she was already making a new one so she obviously knew it wasn't made correctly. Never apologized but just said she mixed up my order with someone else's.
The girl who took my order at the window was not friendly either. She acted as if I was bothering her.
Such a shame that these workers don't value customer service but would rather stand around and talk.
I prefer the matcha drink at Dunkin but will not return in the evening (even if I return at all) so that I don't have to put up with this group of workers.
And from the reviews, I'm not the only one dissatisfied and will be going to Starbucks for my drinks!

This place will generally have really good coffee and baked goods, however if it's not good, it's really bad. Also my main complaint is that it is so loud inside because they bang the portafilter out SO VIOLENTLY!

Bang Bang Bang. The people here use the coffee things to build the tables. Other than that it's a nice place to hang . I also have a friend that works here
