Placed an online order and picked it up at the drive-thru window.

Luckily, I checked our order before leaving the parking lot because they forgot to make two orders of wings.

They apologized for the error but I still had to wait 10+ minutes in the parking lot for them to cook the wings.

This location used to be really good but, within the past year (or two), their order accuracy has become poor and unreliable.

The food always taste good but you better check your order each & every time you go there... for your own sanity.

Buffet was terrible. Pizza was old and sat there. All had veggies and no just meat pizzas. No bread sticks or cinnamon sticks. Sat there forever waiting for them to be brought out just to be eventually told they weren't putting anything new out. Since when do we stop putting food out with over half an hour left? Maybe if more popular items were available then you would not have old pizzas sitting out the entire Buffet. Service was also terrible. The tables were all dirty. No refills... didn't clear our plates.

Worst Buffet service I've ever had.

I waited in the drive up window without being acknowledged for way too long. The young lady who finally waited on me apologized for my long wait. A male worker was ignoring me and that is not good for customer relations. It would have been different if the place had been busy, but there were only two cars in the drive up and two cars in the parking lot.

This is a clean pizza hut with friendly staff. We got there late and offered to just order out, but they didn't mind. We stayed to eat.

Sure would hope to get everything I payed for just ordered two sandwiches and a two liter of Pepsi and only got the sandwiches and no one answered my phone call so I could figure out what went on

Went there for a pickup 35 minutes before they closed, messed up the order, had the door locked up 35 minutes before by they had to lock it. I had to knock on the window to FINALLY be able to get to pick up my food from two little girls that act like it is inconvenient to them to do their jobs. I get home, order completely wrong and forgotten dipping sauces. Like I get it, we all have bad days, but at the same time, never again. To any9ne that reads this, try another pizza hut in the area.
