Wow....my first time here. I will never return. There were only 2 people working, 5pm. Went inside. No one else inside, but a huge line around the building. Waited at the register to order for over 15 minutes, and we were never greeted or acknowledged in that time frame either. I had to speak up and pretend to be an idiot and say "excuse me, is this where I'm supposed to order?" Finally got to order, and first he said they are out of whipped cream, so they couldn't do my daughter's frap. I was also ordering for friends that just came to this new location about a week ago and got the cookie butter drink, and the "manager"?? Alex said they have never had that at this location, and was really rude about it. So I couldn't get my friends drinks, so I had to call them and figure out what else they wanted. And then they were out of something else I asked for. After we finally found other things to order, it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. And i had ice cream in my car that got ruined waiting for over half an hour just to get 3 drinks. This was one of the worst starbucks experiences I've ever had.

Went through the drive thru and got a Venti Caramel Frappaccino. There were a couple of cars ahead of me but they served everyone quickly. My server was very nice and my drink was correct and delicious! I'll be back for sure.

The girls making the drinks were pleasant and efficient. The other person (apparently the closing manager) was EXTREMELY RUDE. This location hired the bottom of the barrel. To the woman who hates her job, find another one ...NOT with customers. I suspect this location will fail unless upper management recruits more decent employees to manage. This one was oozing laziness and an overabundance of disrespect to paying customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

The employees are friendly and the drinks are great. They just opened and are busy and under staffed so I think some customers need to have some patience . I think they are doing great for just opening!

It was worth the wait for the new Starbucks in calcutta to open it was quite busy for two days and I always walk in and get served faster than the drive thru very patient most people go thru the drive-thru are very impatient..the people work fast here to get your drink right and it's very affordable and has a better taste.

Out of all the Starbucks across the entire nation, they managed to put the worst ran one right here in East Liverpool Ohio. I’m writing this as it’s been 45+ minutes for a drink and still waiting in line to just get a refund to get out of here. It’s faster to drive to a well ran Starbucks 30 minutes away and back than it is to come to this disaster of an operation. This is so far past a boondoggle there isn’t a word in the English dictionary to accurately describe just how terrible this place is.

It was opening day the workers should have been more prepared they were complaining about how busy it was they would not clean the shakers for my cousin who has allergies.when we asked the lady to clean it she was very nasty ,she said we rinse in water and my pink drink was nothing but straight ice.
