Came in around 9pm with a bus load of high school students after a basketball game. Service was very fast and efficient. Order was correct and food was great. Friendly service! Thank you!!!

After getting food on 12/12/25 there were 2 male employees jawwing at each other and the older one skinny was being more loud than the other male for whatever reason. Skinny one started to act in a threatening manner and was waiting for them to start fighting but the other male seemed to be a bit more in charge and just said lea e then. As my wife and I where leaving they both were throwing food at each other. Not going back at all.

We took a day just for ourselves and dog as we're in Ohio for a family funeral and needed a break. It was a wonderful place to walk with our Bernese Mountain Dog and see all the original buildings. Even with the cold, snow and ice it was a great place to walk and not think about why we were there.

Have not eaten there in years thought we would give it another try. It was even Worse than I remember. Soggy sloppy burgers, the Cobb salad was absolutely horrible the chicken on it was mostly fat! Had to wait longer by going in to order so the frosty melted by the time the order was done and then it was wrong burgers so had to wait longer! Never will I go back! Had to straddle over water on the floor to get napkins. Just disgusting! Then said I had to pay extra for the honey mustard. Keep your garbage I definitely wont be back!!!!

Terrible employees. Worse management. Food is always disgusting sloppy. Half of it is missing EVERY TIME. If we door dash it takes an hour for the order to make it to our door. Not just once, but every single time.

Honestly this has to be the worst Wendy’s with in a 2 hour radius. The employees have no sense of respect, down right disrespectful. The managers who answer the phone are an absolute joke.

Do not GO TO Wendy's IN CALCUTTA OHIO... Went into the store and stood at the counter for nearly 3 minutes until the staff was done playing on their phone and come over and finally took our order. When we got our order and went over to the fountain pop center notice how nasty and disgusting it was as a Wendy's employee was just leaving and seen how dirty it was nothing was done to clean it up as well as garbage and trash smeared all over the garbage can and garbage all over the floor and tables. Nobody there except for one other person in the restaurant so there was no reason for the slop everywhere in Wendy's and when we got our food I got the wrong sandwich it was supposed to have been spicy chicken they gave me a regular chicken and it's been there since early in the morning because it was very dry very tough and nasty my fries were cold and the salad had black on the lettuce so practically we just threw our food out and left not worth saying anything to the staff because they seem the slot that they were giving so we will not visit this restaurant again
