The last 5 times I've placed an online order with them it has been wronge. I waited 3 months and finally tried again tonight..... and they of course forgot one of the sandwiches I ordered. Thankfully I checked my order before I walked out with it. I get mistakes happen but every single time? Its always a missing sandwhich, they forgot the extra toppings (that I paid for), forgot the drinks, tonight on the sandwiches (they didnt forget) they added so much salt or pepper that it was basically unedible. I keep giving this place a chance because I like to support local businesses but I doubt I will ever order from this location again.

Poor service food not good, missing protein on the sub( not sure how that even happens. Metal lid up couldn't see them making the food.Just ignored my several requests for drinks Went back for them to fix problem and was told guess they wouldn't charge me for it.

my boyfriend and i went to this subway earlier today and both of our subs were delicious! the two young men working behind the line were pleasant and efficient, it's always nice to see jacob and charlie at the subway, i know my food will be made well :)

Brought in the coupon for the deal of buy a sub and fountain drink and get a free footlong sub. Well that wasn't the case my receipt clearly showed paying for 2 subs brought it to her attention worker insisted on that it was buy one get on free when It clearly wasn't

Use the coupon at this location for one free sub when you buy Sub and drink I did that and also purchased another drink the coupon didn't ring through showed her on the receipt where it charged me for two footlong subs and when it should only been one they have a way to not accept the coupon and act like they did never will I return 4.98 for a fountain Coke is a little outrageous

I used to have this subway rated at 5 stars. Over the last year this location just keeps getting worse. They will take cash, receipts and coupons from a customer but try to claim they can't take a written order "due to covid" and have messed up my last 3 orders (how hard is it to microwave bacon and place it on the bottom bun) it shouldn't be rocket science. I never went to pick up my second screwed up order and I shouldn't have tried again. My options are now to just not eat for the next 2 days or risk a more severe medical episode because they can't hire a single employee who can take directions. We've now tried my husband reading it off text, me speaking my order over speakerphone and me sending it written. They don't make sandwiches right and slam your food together if you go back. 0 stars for staff AND the food they put out. Not everyone likes slimy undercooked bacon (or slimy raw microwave bacon). I will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous. No wonder businesses don't want to come here! The availability or staff who know the difference between top and bottom is non existent.

You can't get any deals advertised on the radio, TV or Media unless you "order online" yet their online ordering is faulty and it doesn't accept either the payments or sometimes it doesn't accept the order itself. Shane in subway for not offering deals to those without fancy equipment to make an order
