I do door dash was treated with disrespect ther by a young lady hind the counter. Had to be bad for meet to report this get a job not an attitude. Treated a fellow employee the same way. You know I pay your pay check. Watch what you stay and who you say it too. Never know whoo is watching

I ordered back in October and was shorted 1 French fry. I emailed Culver's and I got a reply from Marie Norman. She said she would be sending a certificate out. I've reached out twice via email and once by personal phone which was provided in her email. Let me tell you don't call it. She answered it very rude and then ask for my details again and said she'd send it. Well it's been weeks and nothing. I won't go back there. I don't think I'd go back there just for how Marie talked to me on the phone. I paid for a fry I should of gotten it or my money back.

I have been wanting to try Culver’s for awhile now. I have heard good things and my wife was into giving it a shot. Manager was questionable as my wife and I waited probably five - six minutes before anyone came to take our order. This was on the 16th of December at around 5 PM at the Eastlake, Ohio location. Finally, an employee that was in the dining room eating during his break came over and assisted us with our orders. The food was a little underwhelming. Burgers were OK but lacked taste. The milkshakes were so-so. Did try their crinkle fries and onion rings which were also decent but again just OK. Not sure we will make the trip from Mentor to Eastlake again for a while because there’s plenty of other burger places that are better than Culver’s. Overall , the management could be better and the food was OK but nothing special.

The lady that was working drive thru and front counter this morning 11/19/2025 @10:30 am is rude and has no customer service skills. She needs to probably be in the kitchen area if she doesn't know the proper way to greet and speak to customers
The manager is absolutely rude at this location. I would not go there. I made a complain about food and she told me that I was trying to get free food. It is terrible how she treats the workers in the restaurant. She feels like she owns the place she is very rude and disrespectful. If you’re looking for good food do not go here. The service is terrible and I will never go back

From out of town and this Culver's is the only one on our route. I looked at the menu ahead of time and decided on one of two burgers. Neither was available. I tried to get something similar, omitting one item and adding two. The girl at the counter was extremely rude. I guess I inconvenienced her because I wasn't quick enough or because I was trying to get close to what I actually wanted. Look I wasn't prepared for two items to be unavailable. You all inconvenienced me! Anyway, the one item I asked to be omitted was. The two items I added, neither were on there (pretty sure I paid for one of them) I gave the food two stars because typically the food is great and the coke float I had was amazing. I'll probably go back in the future. Because all the other times I've been there have been fine. It was only the one girl and I'll just get the fish. I know they always have that.
