Previously had so many issues at this location but today was a lot better. The shift with these workers are what service looks like. The drive thru person didn’t hear me when I asked for broccoli instead of fries but her demeanor and service was so good I didn’t care. I went in and was met with the same type of service. Two ppl made sure to help as soon as they seen me. The food was better than usually as well. Burgers cooked better, makes a difference Super helpful

They messed up our drive thru order, twice. Didn't get part of the order, and then it was wrong. The young kids working were very rude, like it was our fault that we wanted all of the food we ordered and paid for!

It was okay I was happy to get fish a Lil expensive but worth it! Heck of lot better to have like a family meal! My order included onion rings and I got down road and realized I had fries instead my fault didn't check

Came in thirty minutes before closing, and ordered fifteen minutes before. Despite that, all the employees were kind and patient, Bryan especially (sorry if I spelled your name wrong, by the way). Food was delicious as well. Great night!

Ordered on the app and it said it was ready as soon as I pulled into the lot. It wasn’t. Waited another 10 minutes before getting my order. The burgers were cold and overcooked. They didn’t give me my drink so I went back in to exchange for hot burgers and get my drink. Waited only 2 minutes, but burgers were cold and overcooked again. Two minute wait tells me the burgers are pre-cooked and warmed up. They put the cheese, lettuce and condiments on, which are all cold, and it immediately cools off the burger to room temp. Ugh. They don’t melt the cheese even a little bit. My husband enjoyed his chili and the coleslaw was good. The dining room was messy and they were not busy, so not much of an excuse. This is the 4th time trying this place, with mediocre food at best, so we won’t be back. Unfortunate because they are in a convenient location for us.
