Bought a fish sandwich. Price for combo, fries & drink came to $11+. Waited a while as they supposively cook to order. When I received my order, I was disappointed. The fries were overly salted, couldn't eat. The sandwich had a hot piece of fish smothered in tarter sauce which one step from frozen and very sloppily made. I paid $11+ for a sprite. Never again...

We both ordered the double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The wait for the food was unacceptable, at least 20 minutes we waited after pulling forward. The burgers were delicious but could have been hotter. The French fries were crisp and tasty. I would try them again to get different menu items. I hope the wait was because of low man power.

Sat in the not busy drive thru for over 30mins, i ordered a single burger. People behind me even got their order first yet i ordered one thing? No customer service no help nothing yall need to have a manager on duty to correct the children who cant hand out

As someone who is regularly burdened with the displeasure of driving across the state of Ohio, I have eaten at every Culver’s within a reasonable distance of I90- my burger and fries normally becoming the highlight of an otherwise mediocre day.This is a sad Culver’s. I went at lunch time and despite being almost empty my food took an unreasonable amount of time. Despite the extra time, the food was also not very good.There seemed to be maybe two people working in the whole place, which makes me wonder if no one is working here because no one is eating here, or if no one is eating here because no one is working here.It is worth noting that while the average rating for a Culver’s in Ohio is 4.4 stars, this location is currently at 3.7 stars with hundreds of reviews. I know this because I had time to flip through all of these reviews while waiting for my bad food.The extra star is because the lady at the register was very nice, and she probably has to deal with some very unpleasant management.

Tables not cleaned.Vegetarian options: I think they could accommodate a vegetarian diet to some degree. Not sure about a vegan diet.Parking: During peak hours parking can be sketchy.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and Restroom accommodations for disabled.
Everytime I order from here it's amazing. It's the only place around me with an amazing mushroom swiss.
