I refuse to go to this location after 2pm. The coffee is horrible. Im tired of spending 4.50 on a coffee when it is never right. Yes I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back nope. I will drive the extra mile knowing it will be right. And who runs out of ice coffee you are a coffee establishment. Im done trying and wasting money. 0

I have been visiting this Dunkinā weekly for the past 2 years. The last couple months have been a steadily going downhill for them. My final chance to this Dunkinā was when I came in last week to pick up my mobile order. There were two very young girls āworkingā. As I was standing at the pick up section, the girl making the coffees said āoh my god another order! Dunkinā isnāt even that good people!!ā I understand there are wait times with drinks and food, but when there are cars wrapped around the building, and your staff is EATING A SUBWAY SANDWICH and complaining about how āthis sucksā, itās a horrible customer experience. When I walked in I noticed there were two unwrapped Subway sandwiches on the mobile pickup counter, sitting with customersā half made orders. Not only did she take bites of her sandwich while working, but did not put gloves on or wash her hands before she started using her fingers to fish extra ice out of someoneās cup. There were paychecks sitting on the same counter, with purses and a ton of clutter. When she gave me my drink made with an open bottle of sparkling water sitting on the counter with her food, uncapped, I asked for my money back due to the health code violations and unsafe food practices. All of the juice concentrates were sitting on the counter, uncapped and unfridgerated as well. Before she could even say anything about giving me a refund, the girl making bagels said āthereās no manager here to give you a refund so you can just leave!!ā And I said, Iāll be happy to leave once I am refunded. They said they will not be giving me my money back so I proceeded to call the police. The girl making drinks said āoh my god why would you call the police?ā And I said āI donāt need to, if you will refund my money for your unsafe food practicesā and she proceeds to open the cash register and throw $20 at me when I did not spend that much to begin with. It is not her business or her store to run like that, and I canāt help but assume the manager is aware of this since there are interior cameras. This Dunkinā used to be such a pleasant experience. I used to have the owner and her employees make my drinks and orders and it was 10/10 top tier. Iām not sure what is going on with this place but I would think itās illegal to have two minors working without a manager on premises as well, but, even though I will never return, I hope that the store owner turns things around. Came inside to get gift cards today and the lady at the counter a younger girl earlier this morning was very helpful and took the time to explain how the numbers on the back work also helped another person behind me figure out the app on their phone . Anyway the girl was really nice and helpful sheās usually on the drive thru when I come to get my drink in the morning very nice and get the line moving .
Faster than most Dunkins in the area . Funny enough the girl at the window had brown hair she was very nice I think she worked at a previous Dunkin I went to in mentor maybe . But she remembered my order was very nice and had a great attitude . Especially for early in the morning .

The people there are SUPER friendly. Food is very tasty and the service is excellent.
