Really disappointed .... this is the third time we have received an inadequate pizza form.tje eastlake store ........ we have always ordered from masters even when first opened in Mayfield heights.... asked for extra cheese well done bake ... cheese wasn't even melted ... cust still doughy ... not well done .... light on sauce there was no sauce .......not up to par with the quality they usually have Especially since a medious 3 topping was almost $40 ...

Detroit style crust is ridiculously thick, toppings were very skimpy, paid $21 for an 8 cut ( square) 2:topping pizza. Way too much and wouldn't order anything this one again.

Got a deep dish Detroit style pizza and it was very mid. The sauce on top was cold. And it's overpriced 18$ for 8 small portion sized square cuts of pizza. Do better. Not worth it do not recommend. And just got a large cleveland style crimped crust pizza to give it a second chance and nothing special. Barely any cheese on pizza or sausage very disappointing.
