My last two visits to McDonald’s at this location we’re not good if you’re trying to dine in getting service is very hard, ordered my food and both times my order was messed up and had to go back up numerous times while waiting for service. They’re more focused on their drive-through than in person business.

I am a special education teacher in the autism program at a nearby school. We brought our students to the Surfside McDonald's for a community outing to practice our communication and math skills. The staff at this location were extremely kind, friendly, accommodating, and patient with our students. We have been to this location in the past with our students and they always have been awesome to work with. They work with our program staff to ensure a smooth, stress free experience for all. Bad place to visit. Staff are rude and not friendly at all. Food is horrible, the staff cooking/prepping food do not care about quality. Usually get soggy food that is just barley warmed. They don't allow teens in the restaurant at all but employe them to run it. Avoid.
They don't let motorcycles come through the drive through this is the only one I know of even though on the website says they accept any type of motorbike even mopeds as they are considered a motor vehicle don't know what's wrong with this location

Inaccurate hours. Google states they're open until 11 weekdays. Made online order at 8:50pm and arrived at 9:05pm and was told they were closed. Ate less than desired leftovers. Very disappointed
