Pretty good service most of the timeEDIT: Went into the dining room for the firsttime and it’s absolutely filthy, floors are sticky, every table is covered in food, could not even dine in. Really nasty inside the restaurant, I would hate to see what it looks like where they cook the food.

Loveeeee this McDonald’s!!!! Great service and hot food.Is the staff is beyond amazing they are always so sweet. I feel like I have a connection with a couple of the workers. I know that’s kind of funny.?Even when I take my little man (Chihuahua)They will ask me if I want a little pup cup of whipped cream for him. They are absolutely amazing and I mean come on it’s McDonald’s so most McDonald’s don’t go above and beyond like they do.I live right next-door practically to the one off Vine Street and I always go to this McDonald’s instead

Worst service ever. Sunday morning 11:30. 20 minutes on drive thru. Was told only 2 people working. I ordered thru app gave her my number and waited. Very rudely she said "are you gonna order?". I gave my order if 1 chicken sandwich. When I pulled up had to wait another 5 min while she delivered an order outside and she finally gave me my order and said $2.19. I told her I gave her my number 8145 but she actually argued with me that I didn't. How rude. She should have at least said Sorry we are short handed today but noóooo. She had to be rude. I will not go there anytime but breakfast where they do have a really nice older lady taking care of customers

This place right here is really good the drive thru took about 10 minutes and when I drove home the food was nice and hot the ice cream machine is never broken kinda clean on the inside awesome.

Only first shift can do anything right. Their other shifts are incompetent rude. They mess my order up EVERY time. Frys are always cold meats always old bread stale. Strongly advise driving another couple miles to the one on Lakeshore and Vine st.Hope I saved someone's

90% off the time my order is correct.. And I'll say only a few times is the staff stuck on dahh, rude responses or just plain slower then frozen pond water!Parking: parking on both sides and in rearlots on either side ensure parking. if you have a camper there are multiple businesses you can stretch out in and walk to McDonald's.near the boat ramp and river/marina. nice little area to shop if in eastlake Surfside area

The remodel here is very nice, and there are some perks, advantages, and disadvantages to having the kiosk option depending on the person and their comfort level. It's Introvert friendly, but for an extrovert, the lack of customer service may be a slight turnoff. Unless that's only because workers aren't showing up for their shifts. The kiosk is nice to go in, order, and pay with limited social interaction, but the wait time is longer to receive your order.

Been going here for 3 years. Tired of the lack of consistency this location has. The food is never fresh, how they stack the ingredients in the burgers are a mess & smoothies/ frozen drinks are always 1 INCH lower than full (why am I paying extra for a large?) Why are the doors locked during regular business hours? I see the workers standing around in the cashier area while they avoid eye contact in opening the door..I don't know, the employees that do take orders/ open the doors are super friendly so that's the only pro.
