Stopped in on my way through and I can't lie when I say I've alot better Rallys than here. It took several attempts to even place the order because the music they playing was resonating through the speakers and the food still wasn't right after getting it. Not a big fan of getting barely warm food either. When your $6 burger isn't warm enough to even melt the cheese and the chicken bites are hard enough to send you to the dentist for dentures then that tells you something. You guys can do better than this

Came thru the drive thru at 12:55AM to pick up a small order of chicken bites and two burgers for a Uber Pickup. 1:30 AM and the order still was not ready. Another car didn't come through the line for 20 minutes while I was waiting. I don't know what the employees are getting paid to do here, but working is not on the list.

Food was good. But the girl who took our order, Nikki, was very rude. She had a tone every time we spoke with her. How rude of us to order food and make her do her job. She has no business being up front taking orders if she is going to act that way.

This place is the bottom of the barrel. I hate them & feel I waste my money everytime. I use Uber eats, & all three times I ordered from here, my food was more then a hour & a half late & it was stiff & cold. Whatever u do, do not place a delivery here. I like rally’s the franchise but this specific location is unprofessional & super slow. If u want to waste your money BE MY GUEST!
