I sent a friend in to get dinner for us at my job and she ordered online and then went in after ordering to watch them make our dinner. She asked for cheese to be put on. It wasn't on the online order but she asked since she was standing there and the girl was making it. she asked the girl not to put a bunch of oil and vinegar on because it makes the bread soggy. Apparently you need to watch them like a Hawk because there was no cheese put on and by the time She drove a quarter mile Down the road to me my Bread could have been squeezed and rung out. We had to pull the veggies and pepperoni and salami off and eat it with a fork. That is not a proper sub that is not something that somebody spends $24 on. I had her call to explain it was not satisfactory. The young girl had an attitude and said the manager would have to be called. The manager returned her call with me sitting in front of her he was extremely rude with an attitude claiming I can't give away subs...Well what can you do? apparently nothing!! He said it was not on her online order she re explained that she was there in store and was asking her to put on the cheese and to go lite on the dressings. The manager or owner I guess, was not willing to remake the subs for us unless we brought them up well that was over an hour ago and of course I was going to eat my dinner with a fork so can't really regirgitate that and give it back. And why we would bring it back when you cannot return food they're not even allowed to accept it so I've been told by others who work fast food. So my advice to anybody reading is do not go to the Subway they are not willing to fix it even after you explain you can't come back up you're at work and you did what you could to make it edible not trying to hide that we ate it not trying to get a free meal but if I paid for a sub I expect to eat a sub not a salad. They had zero tea made as well..So this place gets a NEVER AGAIN -5 STAR.. My girlfriend was also told that "they" couldn't start the order even though she put it in and it didn't come through yet they were not allowed to make it till it came through on the computer never heard of that either.. I just ordered online the other day from the Tyler boulevard location and called up to tell I accidentally forgot to add cheese And bacon... How funny that location had no problem adding it and didn't even charge me... I made the mistake. My subs from that location were phenomenal and their customer service skills get 10 stars. Again bad news travels fast ? why would you not offer something to compensate free drinks 10.00 off B1G1..the list is endless.. this guy wanted to be an as*..so here is my honesty... you are a horrible customer service business owner. I hope other see this post because this was my dinner on a late shift work schedule and I was asked to return food let me ask for time off to do this. SERIOUSLY! God Bless ?

Got there 3 minutes before close and the doors where locked. The two workers where even nice enough to ignore me and act like I wasn't even there when I knocked on the door and pointed at my watch. Jimmy John's is really becoming the better option.

The gentleman working was polite when I picked up my order. The facility was very clean. However, the lettuce was brown and wilted the tuna sub bread was soggy. Cucumbers were bitter.

Had delivery order and didnt get 1 of our pro footlongs. The store would not bring out another or refund the money. The girl i spoke with said she made the sandwiches and sent all ofthem. I told her no seal was broken and there was one missing. She told me to go back on door dash but I was unable to cause I ordered from the subway app and they didnt honor orders direct to the merchant. So we are out of 12.99 +tax and one person had no sandwich. I havent been treated this rudely in quite some time. Dont take a chance and order subway!!! Order from anyplace else. You wont regret it. That store should be ashamed of the way they treat people. Having looked at the other reviews now I wish I had read them before I ordered. I just wont ever order subway again.

The "sandwich artist" that made the food literally had the personality of a rock, and that's being generous. From the second I walked in the door, not one single word was said to include the total of the food being purchased. I was stared at for each thing going down the line from bread to cheese to everything else added to it, not once was I asked about what I would like. I get it. You probably hate your job, but welcome to the food industry it's not the most glorious job, but it's a job nonetheless.

Establishment does NOT except coupons.

Won’t eat at any subway that isn’t accepting coupons. Idk why they send them in the mail

The workers were nice, but didn't tell me they didn't accept coupons cause of the "shortage" until i was at the checkout. Good thing there are better sub places around
