We tried ordering on line with a gift card. Fail #1, was not enough on the gift card and wouldn't let us finish the transaction with a credit card. There were items missing on one sandwich and others that were not ordered were included instead, Fail#2. Or it was someone elses sandwich, Fail #3. If you can't get competent people to just simply do their job then we won't be back, we may try a different location.

Id give negative stars if I could. I should have walked out the way the workers treat customers. Go to a better location that treats you better, makes better sandwiches, and accepts coupons. $7 sub went to $11 real fast. Love when workers will look you in the eye and lie. There is a reason people go to other subways prior to hitting the marina. No wonder there are never cars there.

I see why they’re hiring. The Gentleman that was training 2 young girls was awful. I felt sorry for the young ladies. He swears in front of them and the guests. The way he stands behind them criticizing everything they do was annoying to watch. Honestly they displayed better customer service than he did. I stopped in with my daughter for the first time a bit frazzled because we needed a quick dinner and apparently preparing 9 different subs around 7:30 p.m. is rough on a business. I’ll stick with McDonald’s.

Ummm ordered a sandwich and didn't watch just trusted them to make what was ordered. Well guess you cant do that. Opened it up and their was one slice of turkey NO cheese and bunch of lettuce tomato. What a joke. Who hired this girl to make sandwiches?? This location absolutely sucks.
