The lady that waited on us was very nice!! So glad my kids were able to get the footlong cookie as any Subway in Michigan it seems doesn't have them. Thank you for a great experience while dining in on a Sunday afternoon!!

After I stood in line for 8 minutes waiting my turn in line, I was told I’d have to wait for an online order to be made. I turned and walked out. When you are on a 30 minute lunch break and you waist a third of it waiting in line and then are told I’ll have to wait longer for people who aren’t even here yet? You’ll never get my business again.

Went today for dinner for me and the wife,we are local. I want to start by saying the food is good, nothing wrong there, the service today was not very encouraging for me to return anytime soon. I stood in front of the counter for about 5-10 minutes watching the girl behind the counter make sandwiches..about three of them for what I assume was a call in order, she never said a word to me..she was alone and working, but never even looked up to greet me, or say just a minute...nothing. I felt this was rude, my opinion. This was around 5pm. Not sure how long I actually stood there but, all of the sudden she spoke,but not to me, to three co workers who appeared from the backroom. The young man stared at me and said ..oh,.. no one has helped you yet? They all three assumed their positions and started ..when it came time for toppings they asked what I wanted and I replied what ever it comes with...all three of their heads dropped. Seemed to me they got it right ,, but it made me ask myself is this the way it always is here? My wife has informed me that it is. She goes there alot more often than I do. So..if you don't mind a wait time..its a good spot to stop..could this have been a shift change thing?and if so..why at5pm?

Our subs are constantly missing items. My husband ordered tonight via app and mine was missing lettuce and his was missing his dressing. And his bacon wasn't even warmed up just slapped on. We've tried contacting the owner before and anymore our messages are constantly ignored. Will be trying the one over in Butler from now on.
