The bourbon chicken had zero sauce, and the pasta was gummy, chicken tenders were like eating sawdust, and the bread stick was hard and burnt. . . why is so hard to put out editble food, you over charge for trash. The food in elyria no matter where you go is trash.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS APPLEBEES EVER AGAIN. GOT OUR APPITIZERS AND THERE WAS A HAIR A VERY LONG BLONDE CURLY HAIR IN IT . IT WAS SO LONG THAT WHEN THEY PUT IT DOWN ON OUR TABLE IT WENT ACROSS MY DRINK AS WELL. I PICKED IT UP TOTALLY GROSSED OUT AND HANDED IT TO THE WAITRESS SHE GAVE IT TO THE MANAGER, WHO CAME OVER TO THE TABLE AND WAS VERY UNAPOLOGETIC AND JUST MADE US A NEW ONE. NEVER CAME BACK TO EVEN CHECK ON US. POOR SERVICE EVEN WORSE FOOD AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! NEVER GO TO THE ELYRIA APPLEBEE'S SO BEYOND DISGUSTING!

Extremely unhappy with the quality of our takeout order. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tenders and boneless wings were overcooked, the fries looked and tasted at least a day old, and 1/2 of the chicken quesadilla had nothing in it. We definitely won’t be back.

There’s not many places to eat in Elyria but I like Applebees. However, they really need to get a new cook. We always have to send our food back. Especially the steak. Ordering to go, there’s always a problem with my order. Something is not there, food is burned or something. That’s all.

My Chicken Ceaser Salad lettuce wilted, had hair in my plate?My boneless wings were deep fried so long they were hard and again found another hair in my plate?Husband French fries looked and tasted like day old French fries!!!Daughters sandwich lettuce wilted. Granddaughter picked this place to go to for her Birthday and she wanted this blue rainbow punch drink with like a sour rainbow ? they forgot to add the candy twice to the drink and Granddaughter recommends to have someone go out to a store and by the sour punch rainbow strips cause the ones you all use are bad.I also got intestinal food poisoning from what I ordered pretty sure it was those dried hard chicken boneless wings for sure.Great place for drinks and price and excellent service but food sucks!! To fork out $155.00 and food this horrible and get food poisoning will not be back to eat!!! Hire a better Chef and clean out your fryers and regularly check your expiration dates on the food in your walk in freezer and fridge!!!
Walked in and the host and another worker was standing at the door. Not one time did they acknowledge us, they kept talking to themselves. Both the hosts acted like they had an attitude. The one host that should’ve been helping us, decided to turn around like we wasn’t there. My mother asked were we supposed to sit ourselves and the host just looked at us. Not sure if it was because we’re black or the host was having a bad day but I found it very inappropriate and bad business. Would never come back to this place and differently will let others know how rude this establishment is.
