I was clearly discriminated against by two male employees. I’m a Hispanic woman who asked for a specific cup of pretzels, and was told no, and was given a different one after I refused the first one because it looked horrible. They argued with me to give me another one finally gave me another one, but still would not give me the one that I asked for, my money is just as good as the next persons money The cup that I asked for was clearly on display for sale, but they would not sell it to me.

I love these pretzels, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I have not been back since I can never get the younger employees to assist me. If their back is turned to me, they won’t say “one moment” or acknowledge me in any way. I tried to call after I was ignored & decided to just walk back over & still nobody helped me. They want tips when they ring you up but they treat you like dirt. It’s very sad. You guys need to manage employees.

Thanks for the friendly service Kyla. Going above and beyond. She didn’t have to but she definitely did. All the employees at this location is very helpful and extremely friendly. My son and I stopped in the pretzel shop inside the Walmart in Elyria at 3:00pm. Nobody greeted us and both workers were otherwise busy with counting money and the kid looked at me and said we're closed. I have never seen any place inside a store that would close in the middle of the day and the kid wasn't even nice about it. I have never been greeted there ever the employees act like your bothering them for them to do their job. I'm going to look up the corporate number and talk to them about how their store and it's employees aren't working. Oh and I love writing reviews I actually have a following on Google.

I came in to get a bucket of the mini pretzel dogs and instead of a customer friendly talk. The person said“That would take me an hour” didn’t give me an alternative way or to see if I would come back in an hour. Guess I don’t need to come back here ever again!

I just went to your store in Elyria walmart and was very disappointed by your employee there, she refused to wait on anyone that was brown skinned, she didn't greet us but greeted all your non brown customers, she's always rude to us and talks down to us when she's forced to wait on us. please if this is who you like to hire just put a sign up saying no brown skins allowed, we will definitely take our money elsewhere!
