This is one of my favorite spots for coffee but recently the service is definitely lacking the manager or owner or whatever is extremely rude and Heaven forbid your order is wrong. I ordered the same drink almost every day with sweet foam cold brew, and was given one with the sweet foam and it was chunky when I called back up to ask why it was chunky. He told me it was because it was frozen and I told him that I get the drink every single day and not only was it chunky, but it smelled bad so I didn’t want a new coffee. Just wanted to let him know so that somebody else didn’t get the bad cream. He proceeded to get extremely rude with me on the phone so I ended the call gave them another shot today Got a coffee with extra caramel hot and when I watch them make the drink after standing there for several minutes and addressed it when it was wrong he got extremely rude and standoffish again time to find a new coffee spot it’s a shame because the coffee itself is great and money there everyday but ever since Davonia left the customer service is horrible.

Was told very rudely after waiting for 15 mins in line that a promotion that was on the menu was not available even though it's advertised on the website and the drive thru, it was just a bundle with a coffee and a muffin, you shouldn't advertise a promotion if you're not going to honor it, was not asking for the world, was treated poorly, your coffee sucks.

The girls that work there are horrendous. I could leave a zero star i would. Was overcharged on my drink and told I wasn’t. They don’t seem to know how to keep customers. Never happens when I pay cash! I was also not giving a receipt. ALWAYS GET RECEIPT because these young kids are un trustable. They made the process very difficult. I was not happy with my service. My drink also had no iced, even though I ordered ice.

Every time I have been at this location, the staff has been friendly and helpful. I am a person that doesn't like the taste of coffee but occasionally needs a pick me up. The staff has been understanding and willing to help me decide. Every time the drink was amazing and exactly what I needed!
I am so sad I didn’t get their names but the girls working were the best I’ve ever get experienced at a franchise coffee place. The service was so friendly and they had the best recommendation. My husband and I both vote 10/10

Excellent espresso! My spouse VERY particular about coffee (spoiled in Europe). He Loved Bigby's. That says it all. across from best western and worth dashing over. Can't comment on their Blended drinks, but the espresso alone was worth the stop!

The people working here were attentive, pleasant, and efficient. They were also fun and humorous, which made the time I was waiting awesome. They seemed like a cohesive team, which is rare in these kind of establishments. I left them a hefty tip because I wanted each of them to get several dollars. They even made me a custom mint iced tea. I stop there every time I am in town.
