Wow! This was an all around great experience. My almond milk latte was nicely foamed. The 1/2 amount of vanilla flavor was perfect. Our sausage, egg bagel was made to order- even including my request for vegan cheese on it. It was hot and tasty. My husband’s dark roast coffee was made fresh for him and is hot and powerful. The employees were hustling and working together. They all deserve a pat on the back!! Great job everyone.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free

The people are nice but the efficiency and speed of service is horrible. Got in line yesterday with 8 cars ahead of me (I understand there will be wait) 42 minutes from the time I got in line until I left the last window, what is worse, I sat at the actual window for 12 minutes, 12 MINUTES for a latte and americano. The girl did apologize and handed me a coupon (mind you a coupon for a an item I do not even order). Nobody has 42 minutes in their morning to spend on waiting for coffee, I will be driving the oppopsite direction to starbucks in the morning because it still would be faster.

I love biggbys i literally come 7 days a wk. The workers are kind but they move slow sometimes you'll be in the drive thru for 20-30 mins soooo leave extra early just in case. But once you get your coffee its worth it... kinda like labor and delivery... labor sucks but its so worth

Biggby coffee is new to me since I moved from Ohio.... Stopped in to try it out. Great Coffee& food, fast service! *VEGAN OPTIONS * Clean store and I honestly loved seeing regulars come in and the girl at the counter knowing their orders. Good job!!! only flaw is the parking lot/drive through layout.

Love biggby! I come to this location 3-4 a week. The service is great, drinks are good. Only problem is coffee grounds are in the lattes 9/10 times. If it’s little specs, I’ll just drink it.. but a lot of the times it’s thick enough to throw you off. Especially when these drinks are $7+!!
