Our server was absolutely incredible! Like way beyond what one would expect from a Bob Evans! Food was good, restaurant was clean, parking lot in good shape... but the service was seriously next level!!!

The most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever seen! On a busy Sunday morning, the hostess took it upon herself to seat her own family of 7 when they came in, before seating the 2 other families that had been waiting for over a half an hour to be seated. When the manager, who couldn’t even be bothered to dress appropriately for work, was called up front, she tried to excuse the situation by saying it was a misunderstanding. They then sat the family that called her up and told us, a family of 5, that we would be next and they would take 20 percent off the bill. 3 more families came in and were sat immediately. When a family of 6 came in and the, now new hostess, was about to seat them, I insisted to speak to the manager. She came out and said I should understand that they didn’t have a table yet. There were several open tables that would have easily sat 4 and a high chair. I was then told to leave. She said her name was Stephanie, however, it was very convenient that she didn’t have a name tag on her pink t shirt. We will never return to the Elyria location and everyone we know and meet will be warned to avoid that location at all cost!!
