Would give zero stars if I could. We were there the day after Thanksgiving around 12:30. We were seated and our drink order was taken. The drinks were brought out and we ordered our food and then waited and waited. An actual HOUR went by and no food was brought out. The waitress (Megan) never stopped back at the table to apologize for the wait (not blaming her, just was expecting an update of sorts). Manager no where to be found. After a hour, I stopped the waitress and asked how much longer and she said oh it should be coming soon, they were short staffed, people called off, etc. Which is totally fine but why not give people the heads up when they come in? No one goes to Bob Evans expecting to wait over a hour for their food. The woman sitting across from us that came in right before us finally got sick of waiting and got up and left. We waited for about 15 more minutes after asking how much longer and we got up to leave as well. The people behind us were walking out when we got to our car. Just crazy if you ask me. It wasn’t really even that busy. What’s funny is a couple of ladies across from us got their food within 20ish minutes as well as a gentleman and his daughter. They waited maybe a total of 15 mins. So terrible service and I won’t be coming back to this location. Also let your cook know he shouldn’t be eating in front of the little window looking out into the dining room. Insane to see him back there eating while working.

Bob Evans has the best pot roast. It comes with carrots, onions and mashed potatoes.
Our server was absolutely incredible! Like way beyond what one would expect from a Bob Evans! Food was good, restaurant was clean, parking lot in good shape... but the service was seriously next level!!!
