So I keep having the same issue with the potatoe soup. The store refuses to include the bacon and chives. After multiple complaints the GM said to come get a replacement family sized soup and THIS was given to me as a result of multiple phone calls regarding the bacon and chives...really???!!! I'll drive to Amherst from now on. When I called back today the girl who did it said oh sorry but you CAN NOT talk to the GM. I asked why and she said because the cook called off and she is cooking...this is crazy. It is potatoes soup with bacon and chives. NOT rocket science. I have never felt less valued and I have spent thousands here.

My husband and I arrived just before closing on a Sunday night. The staff was incredibly kind---even welcomed us with a smile. Our server was Melissa. She was attentive and and treated us as if it was the beginning of her shift. I am now re-evaluating how I approach my employment. I finished my meal inspired to do a better job where I work---and most of all, to be more kind. Thank you to all of those working on a Sunday night February 23, 2025.

One of the few restaurants still operating in Elyria. We were visiting in town for the holidays. Our hotel was near. And we enjoyed a few breakfasts there. Wonderful service.

Delivery order: *Packaging was terrible, made ½ of the food inedible... *Blueberry topping for pancakes and French toast were not separate, so they were soggy and nasty. *Burnt sausage patties *portions of one order were in with another order.
Uber would NOT give a partial refund of my $60 order because I did not respond w/i two days... I was unable to respond that quickly because I was very ill. So, ½ eaten meals ($money$) in the trash!

Zero stars. Never felt more invisible in a restaurant from the moment we arrived without a greeting for 10 mins. At least someone say we will be with you shortly. You were on a wait for some reason with maybe 5-8 tables sat. 7-9 servers. Come on. So waited for 30-45 for a seat and nothing. To go orders are obviously your priority. Sure hope they are tipping 25-35 percent. What a joke. You should close the dining room and have to go only.
